Club Anastasia - Family Hotel

Just come home yesterday we had the best time in anastasia all the staff are so lovely but I have to say the entertainment boss needs a pay rise Jon is absolutely amazing and never stops he kept our kids happy all day and my son is so upset to not play bingo bongo SHAKE THE BALLS anymore but definitely recommend this hotel

Most amazing venue for family's with such amazing staff. Been going here since 2002 (03,05) then again in 2023. It holds a special place in my heart and now it does in my daughters. She learned to swim here and made many friends. Such a friendly atmosphere and great location. Highly recommend to people who want to relax and feel welcome.

Amazing staff, hotel we stayed for the first time last year and already booked again for this year can’t wait to see all the staff again they made us all feel so welcome!!!! We came as guests but left as Anastasia family, Dawn at guest services she couldn’t help us enough absolutely amazing if I could give this place more stars I would, rooms are basic, very clean towels and bedding got changed every day if we needed them, food was amazing we ate at the hotel most days, the entertainment staff got us all involved. All the staff here are a credit to the hotel!!!! See you all in August xxxx

We were moved to this hotel after arriving in Marmaris and finding our booked hotel was in fact shut, what a relief it was to have been put here the staff are great and can’t do enough for you and it’s in a fantastic location! We can’t wait to stay here again

I'll say it again and again, we love Club Anastasia! This was our second holiday here this year we first came in July and couldn't wait till next year! Arrived after midnight to be shown our room, which was perfect, second floor, overlooking pool. The room was spotless and very spacious. We were in the more modern block where the rooms seem to be slightly bigger. We actually requested one of these rooms before arrival and we were lucky enough to get the room we got. Food throughout the week was excellent, and the waiters certainly maintained the standard of our previous visit, and the kitchen staff just excelled at each meal. Everything presented beautifully, hot food served piping hot and salads all very fresh and tasty. We've always enjoyed the varied choices, and this trip was no exception even though the menu was the same. Poolside Havana Bar was fantastic as ever. Although the hotel was quiet as we were one of the few last guests before it closed as we were leaving there was still plenty to do and plenty going on to keep us entertained. Pool is immaculately clean and well maintained with regular checks at the pool side. It was lovely to see everyone again. The bar team were awesome, as always. The restaurant staff were attentive and efficient throughout the week, too. There's no question about it, the staff make this place special and it was excellent to catch up with these great friends again. We already look forward to seeing them again

The hotel is bit tired in places but very clean and well maintained, and all the staff are always willing to help and do their best for you. The only negative point is that the WiFi is poor in your rooms and not great in the reception or bar areas. You can hire a WiFi box at an extra cost, but in this day and age, WiFi should be standard. What else can I say about this hotel apart from excellent awesome amazing fantastic. The Entertainment was excellent thats all I can say from darts, pool games, club dance and thats without quiz night cash bingo. Everyone works tirelessly to make your holiday fun and enjoyable so everyone needs a massive pat of the back because they are great.

3rd time @ this hotel (should have been 5th but covid & Thomas cook going bust prevented that😡😥) ...Just luv this hotel, cannot fault the staff,they bend over backwards to make you comfortable & create great memories of your hols☀️ , they get on 1st name terms with all the guests & it just feels like family ....Must give lisa the receptionist & Dawn guest relations manager a special mention as both these girls are amazing (as are the animation team who entertain the kids constantly😁, Booking again for September , can't wait !!!! Xx

Arrived at the hotel end of September and was very impressed at what I saw, lovely staff on reception who quickly got us through check in and into our apartment . We couldn't fault this hotel in any way. All the staff from entertainment bar staff food staff were excellent. The cleaner in our apartment was also polite and very friendly as too were reception staff, if I had one fault it was the location,not used to being in that area and prefer around blueport . All in all we had a good 2 weeks there and would recommend to anyone. Food and drinks reasonably priced. I did buy a ring from the jewellers at the hotel which was also reasonably priced.

Club Anastasia is a fantastic little hotel. Staff are amazing, food was fantastic and surrounding area was lovely and clean. I would definitely remand this hotel. It was my daughter when we went and they went above and beyond to get her a birthday cake. We will definitely returning!
