Asdamaris Hotel

This is the worst hotel to stay at! I went with my two infants and they gave me a family room that had a broken bed, blood on the bed and make up on the towels. To top it off the bed was broken and the lights and plugs on one side of the room was not working. You could clearly tell the room was not cleaned properly. When I had complained they did nothing! So jet2 told me to leave a review (Trace from Leeds) My daughters got bit my bed bugs and they kept crying and the hotel stag just wanted to avoid me and didn’t want to help. This by far is the worst hotel anyone could stay at. They never give toilet tissue and the rooms are never cleaned every two days, the cleaners come in and snoop around and leave. I absolutely hate this hotel. I would not recommend anyone to go through the same as me! Also if u fly with jet2 please be assured if you have any complaints they will do nothing about it.

On a good day would be 2 star surprised at jet2 first time in turkey and spent long time with jet2 agent to get correct hotel for us, toilet so small you have to shuffle round door to get in and out very outdated like an old travelodge, we were in family room in picture jet2 have it's a double and two single beds in reality it's cheap double a fold up old single and a kids small bed. Expensive to drink or eat in and at one point they tried to add over £300 onto wife's bill for food do not run a tab pay each time , found taxis in area to be just as bug a rip off and average £8 a can of guinness. Wouldn't come back to this hotel nor would I recommend it prob ok for stag do. Cats everywhere the room just along from hotel room had a cat with a litter in it this room was used for babies cots , pillows and laundry cat excrament all over the floor view from very small balcony was a similar hole at rear old pool been empty for long time full of rubbish and stagnant water

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff especially Isa, Carlos, Ali, Kadir and JJ are fantastic and very accomodating. Never a dull moment with entertainment in the evening, shows, dances, etc. Breakfast is nothing too exciting, a basic hotel breakfast, however you can purchase additional food which is fantastic. House keeping were often in to clean the rooms or check if anything was needed. Pool area well maintained and great for all ages. Tattoo, hair dresser and photographer were a little overbearing as they would repeatedly push their services on you. Otherwise fantastic holiday, great location, will definitely be back.

I stayed here for 1 weeks my room electric was faulty and I paid 1495 turkish lira for my air con which didn't work we asked the reception the person called Hussain which his so rude avoid this hotel at all cost the rest off staff there was brilliant more respect needed on Hussain behalf

We had our holiday at the end of May 2024 at Asda Maris Turkey we went as a family of 10. All we can say is a massive thanks you to the staff JJ Ali Ronayi Tüzün (carlos) and the rest of the staff for how good and nice you all are with us and the kids. The staff at this hotel are so helpful and kind always entertaining day and night. We would definitely come back. Rooms are clean and tidy. Nothing is too much to ask for they will go above and beyond to help with all your needs. Breakfast was not my style of food but there was plenty of choice so still got to eat and the family enjoyed it. Food to order on through the day and night was one of the best we had all holiday. Swimming pool amazing and always kept clean. Night entertainment from the staff with Ronayi Tüzün (carlos) leading the way was helish and they like to get you all involved.

VERY DISAPPOINTED………… stayed here last year and enjoyed it so went this year but things have changed drastically…………..THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO DECIDE WETHER ITS A ………HOTEL OR A NIGHTCLUB ……. constantly noisy guests fighting police being called there are some lovely staff like efe who should really be the reception manager and the bedroom cleaners who were lovely……… apart from them the rest were only after your money or your women ….it really has lost its way …….all this is constructive criticism and could be put right but i will not hold my breath

hey kuty , Thank you for making our holiday a great , really is now i misses u , u are good , jj is better but kuyt is great man , room is clean poolside is not bad we did get nice time , carlos is just so cheecky , ısa is lovelly . food is so good we liked food and drinks. tahnk very much again for everything.

Where to start , we had an amazing holiday with our extended family at asda maris , the staff go above and beyond especially Ali he has always been so attentive with family what a top man he really is ! your family to us Ali and Thankyou for helping when our daughter was poorly getting medication. The entertainment is always good at Asda maris Ronayi and echo are brilliant dancers & entertained evreyone . Food is exceptional from the bar area. The breakfast with room basis is not up to much really but we made do with it, bread cereal coffee and juice was ok But could be so much better. Rooms are bright and clean room maid works so hard & is so kind. always had a clean room daily and fresh towels daily air con was great for a small few extra. The reception staff are lovely and strive to help you wether it’s needing a kettle or exstension lead to getting taxis deniz was so helpful as were efer & Rafel jayjay makes you so welcome and goes out of his way to help you he’s a legend. All in all lovely staff including the lovely Alex only young but doing so well at Asda. Thankyou to you all see you all soon Brilliant location Speaks volumes if you keep going back to same hotel (we never did before) but it’s a hidden Gem in the beautiful marmaris :)

Good entertainment had a really fun time will definitely be coming back, good location close enough to get to anywhere which is convenient. Bar was very good and very helpful with exiting entertainment on at all times which made the hotel hard to leave
