very authentic and friendly hotel

L’hotel Carmine si trova in centro a Marsala: splendida struttura dal calore siciliano, ottimo servizio, e Fantastica colazione. Sono stata veramente bene e tornerò senz’altro.

Nos pareció un hotel muy bien equipado y ubicado en el centro de Marsala. Estaba ubicado en un antiguo convento y estaba decorado en estilo clásico... precioso. Un desayuno muy variado y el café buenísimo. Un saludo

酒店的浴室真的是小的不能再小了。設施真的很一般，跟國內的100塊左右的小旅館差不多

Die dusche im Standardzimmer ist sowas von klein. Mein Kreuz geht da nicht durch, ab 1,90 ist Schluss, da ist die Brause am Eingang. durften deswegen gratis wechseln, da Offsaison. Tolles Frühstück mit viel leckerem Süsskram

Belle chambre ouvrant sur le patio avec terrasse privative mais d'autres chambres notamdnt au rdc sont moins accueillantes. Pas de chauffage installé dans les chambres or il peut faire froid en hiver en Sicile! Petit déjeuner typiquement italien. Service accueillant et diligent.

Vous avez réservé une chambre avec un balcon sur cour et vous vous retrouvez avec une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec une fenêtre à 160cm du sol et donnant bien sur une cour, mais servant de débarras pour toutes sortes de détritus infects… Inutile d’enclencher la climatisation, elle fait tellement de bruit que vous n’arriverez pas à fermer l’œil… Vous arrivez à 8:30 au petit-déjeuner et…plus de pain, plus de jus d’orange, un buffet à moitié vide…remarquez que ce n’est pas trop grave, il n’y a plus d’assiette et de services… Etc… A fuir absolument…

Hôtel typique qui a su garder son charme avec les pierres et carrelages anciens, spacieux. Idéalement situé en centre ville avec de très nombreux restaurants à proximité. Très propre. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Petits déjeuners très copieux.

Hotel situé au centre de la vielle ville de Marsala excellent service et d'un grand confort. Lorsque voous êtes à l'hotel, vou pouvez vous déplacer àpied car il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour de l'hotel. Le personnel est vraiment à votre service, ils prennent en charge le parking de la voiture. Alessandra et Roberto sont très dévoués et efficaces. L'hotel est très calme les chambres sont confortables et très bien isolées. Donc si vous voulez visiter l'ouest de la Sicile, c'est l' endroit idéal.

A beautiful, elegant historic building, Hotel Carmine is well situated in the centre of Marsala. The staff are kind and helpful. They recommended Botega del Carmine to eat - it was excellent and we had a beautiful evening in this hidden gem of a restaurant with piano music, a garden, fairy lights and amazing service. (Come out of hotel turn left and restaurant is on the left near cacti. It is easy to miss - it has an enclosed garden in the centre which is not visible from the road 10/10. Marsala food is delicious and the Marsala museum is well worth visiting. As a couple who live in France , we like our food and we ate and slept well here. Breakfast at the hotel was top too. Thank you Hotel Carmine for a memorable stay.

A lovely hotel. Great location in the old town. The rooms were small but adequate. Had a lovely view out over a garden area. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment, but the restaurant area looked inviting. I really recommend this hotel.

We spent three nights here. The hotel is old-style with no kettles in the rooms and breakfast not included. But the breakfast is amazing, a variety of sweet and savoury (an amazing chocolate torte), and there is a lovely veranda for a cup of tea overlooking the garden. We had a problem with our room on the first night which was sorted out really quickly and easily. Great central location with parking outside, would recommend.

This hotel was well-located near the centre of Marsala, and the rooms were very comfortable – however, the real highlight of this hotel was both the quality of the food, and the quality of the dining room service. Our sole dinner was managed by a peripatetic dining room manager who never missed a detail, and was both knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, but he ensured that rather than our group be treated like an annoyance, he went out of his way to provide outstanding service. I think this was due to the ‘small group’ nature of our fellow travellers, which were easily accommodated.
