IInvitéNothing is worth mentioning other than the service. The room was ok just for 1 night stay but the toilet meh, the room was quite dark too. We asked for high floor but got a lvl 2 instead. But service was still good for the reception very polite just a pity the room feels like a backpacking hotel.

1. Air-conditioner was not cold and leaking.
2. Tap does not have hot water option.
3. Water heater pump was from old machine pump. The water was not hot at all.
4. Shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner pump was difficult to pump. Need to pull the head to pump again.

EEvelyn QianIl s'agit d'un hôtel très ancien et confortable, avec des emplacements propres et confortables. Le prix est assez élevé, mais il y a un restaurant chinois près de l'hôtel. Il est très confortable pour les voyageurs d'affaires. L'hôtel n'a pas fourni de petit déjeuner.

PPeng HueyIs a kind of budget hotel. No hair dryer, no room slipper, no locker in the room. 3 in 1 coffee and teh tarik, kettle, 2 toothbrush, 2 towel, 1 floor tower, 3 hangers and 2 in 1 shampoo provided. The hot shower not very hot turn to max, is like room temperature, water outflow normal. Local masseur (Sabah, Malay, 1 indian) massage shop just beside the hotel, about RM160 for 2 hours hot oil massage (head, hand, leg, some basic foot massage and back massage + free back face and kuasha or ear candling). Location wise is good, you can also walk around this area for other options, pharmacy and fast food is further down end of the street. Room is basic clean, not expected is very new, the chair is have dirty stain on it. Bedsheet is ok, clean, have 4 pillows.

IInvitéL'hôtel est bon pour le repos et la courte arrêt. Mais ce que je n'aime pas est le service clientèle de la table frontale. Aiyoo elle ne m'a même pas salué et ne me regarde pas quand je suis arrivé au bureau. Et je dois la appeler de nombreuses fois pour lui dire que je suis venu pour ma réservation.

LLimGraceIl est bon de voir que l'hôtel n'a pas fourni les petits articles de nettoyage tels que la brosse à dents et la petite paste dentaire. Il est malheureux qu'il y ait une électricité noire dans ma chambre avant 8.30am et ne pas corriger par 10.30am quand je suis revenu. Mais le personnel m'a fourni une autre chambre avant mon check-out à 12 heures. Comme je dois utiliser l'électricité. Le personnel est amiable. Il est bon de rester là pour les gens non fussés.
