Personnel sympathique, séjour agréable. Proche du centre ville de Medan.

1) The towels are dirty. 2) Mosquitos bites everywhere, in the rooms, cafe and lobby. 3) Every service employee is (trying to be) polite except a front desk male Officer (Mr. Melky). Melky shouldn't work as a service staff with his strong egotistic character! He is not suitable dealing with guests, raising his temple & voice before understanding the situation. He was trying to be a capobastone dealing with guests. My impression of Radisson is BAD! Every Moment of our stay was ruined! Not recommended and never try my luck going back to Radisson. Lack of staff training & management!

Nice and helpful staff at the hotel. We had water coming from the ceiling and within 15 minutes someone came to fix it. We got upgraded to the next category since the room we booked was occupied already For a 4 star hotel we expected it to be a bit cleaner however it wasn't obviously dirty. The room was nice and spacious.

Good option for a city stay. Rooms are spacious with iron, iron board and complimentary tea & coffee. The check in was efficient and reception staff very friendly . The hotel is centrally located within the city.

Staff is friendly & very helpful. Location is great. Shops & restaurant are within walking distance. On the first day, my room aircond was not working. It was immediately attend to & the technician fixed it. On the next day, I was offered a new upgraded room. A good variety of Breakfast. Pool is clean. Service is fantastic.

World class hotel. An opulent hotel experience. The room was very clean, quiet and peaceful with a nice view. The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it.
