Hôtels proches de Compra Venta Belén, Medellín

L'hôtel dit être 3 étoiles, je dirais 1 à 2 étoiles. Savons dégagés avec quelques trous par dégagement. Toile petite, épais et avec odeur de savon bon marché. J'ai dû demander une autre. On était 2 personnes. Le terrain frit et la douche donne directement au lit de la chambre. Chapeaux minimaux et de mauvaise qualité. Climatisation très vieux. Entrez le bruit de la rue, la musique, etc. La zone de la réception et l'ascenseur normal

Le standard Ibis de qualité. Le service est resté un peu inférieur, car il est assez déplacé, ce qui rend la vie des répondants. Le lit était aussi mauvais. Point positif pour la localisation, excellent, dans le quartier le plus bas de la ville. Proximité du centre, mais aussi proche des attractions de El Poblado, district avec restaurants, bars, etc. Région très sûre.

Réservation par une agence de la chambre double standard. Elle était minuscule et pas adaptée à deux voyageurs avec bagages et pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Pas possible de se croiser au pied du lit! Ayant changé de chambre on nous a attribué une chambre plus grande communicante. Mais nos voisins ou des membres du personnel sont rentrés dans cette deuxième chambre en notre absence en passant par la porte communicante. !!!! Affaires renversées par terre mais heureusement rien de volé car tout était au coffre. INACCEPTABLE pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pour le linge à la blanchisserie également prestation douteuse (1 tshirt taché en retour par ex). Cet hôtel est neuf et dispose d un très beau bar mais beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations de service reelles.

En général, le rapport coût-efficacité est plus loin de la station de métro, il est à 15 minutes de marche, mais la route est complexe, et il se trompe.

If you are going to Medellin, you will never regret staying at Lettera Hotel. Real close to Lleras Park and so many restaurants and small bars.You can walk up and down the neighborhood and you will feel safe. If you decide to take the breakfast which is included, the variety of choices is awesome. Fabian and Walter are the best, they check every detail to make you feel comfortable. If you stay for dinner, the food is excellent and Alejandra and Juan Camilo are amazing. Try gin and tonics red. Last but not least Carlos at the Reception will welcome you as if you were home. This place is the best!!!!!

The BINN Hotel was amazing, each member of the staff was attentive, informative and so kind! It was my first time in Medellín. Everyone from the hostess and restaurant staff ( special shoutout to Farid, you were so beautiful and attentive to my mom !!) security running out to offer an umbrella in the rain, front desk giving great local recommendations . We are already planning a return trip !!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

L'hôtel est situé dans le meilleur quartier de Medellin. Les chambres sont modernes et spacieuses. La literie est très confortable, la salle de bain spacieuse et le service est à la hauteur. Le buffet du PD est plus que correct et le restaurant du soir est vraiment bon, c'est même un soulagement de pouvoir trouver où pouvoir manger une bonne cuisine internationale car la cuisine colombienne n'est vraiment pas bonne. Réserver aux étages supérieurs, la vue est spectaculaire ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

La chambre d'hôtel était belle et Gustavo était très utile. Nous n'étions pas un fan des chambres d'hôtel limitées offertes dans la chambre tout devait être acheté et le bar et la piscine étaient toujours fermés pendant notre séjour (même si la réception a dit qu'il était ouvert). Il y a eu des bruits au-dessus de la construction ou du déplacement des meubles le matin. Le petit déjeuner était extrêmement coûteux, alors essayez de le recevoir quand vous réservez votre chambre ou de aller au centre-ville pour manger. Le lit du roi est plus comme un lit plein, alors prenez cela en considération.

This hotel has definitely allowed me to redefine my former thoughts of what is a budget hotel. Whenever I thought “budget hotel,” I always thought of a hotel that was past its prime & a hotel that was dingy, dark, faded & completely 3rd rate. However, this hotel is completely the opposite of those things. To start, the staff at this hotel is genuinely so kind to their guests & they are equally kind & respectful toward each other. The staff is more than efficient at what they do in their professions & this allows the Ibis Budget Itagüí to have such a “feel good” comfortability. The manager here has chosen a wonderful team & your guests thank you very much! I stayed here for 24 nights & I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcomed in any other hotel before. My room was very comfortable, with cozy linens & pillows. I slept beautifully in the bed each night. There’s a big curtained window in each room, which covers most of the wall, allowing natural sunlight to enter the room. You can’t open the windows, but the Ibis Budget Itagüí hotel is fresh & clean... & even though I do enjoy fresh air in my room, I have not one complaint with this hotel! The TV is great (with several English channel options) & electrical outlets were conveniently located throughout my room. My Internet was so fast & air-conditioning functioned perfectly. The elevators are very quick & I never waited long for one. Breakfast each morning was surprisingly more extensive than I had imagined, with many fresh fruits, omelettes to order, cereals, yogurts, breads, 2 fresh juice choices & delicious Colombian coffee with heated milk was available. The staff working in the restaurant was always so accommodating & friendly. Sometimes, in the middle of the night, I get hungry & I could always go downstairs to the hotel lobby, where they have a nice selection of sandwiches & pizzas (which they gladly heated for me). There’s lots of beverage options & chips & chocolates, etc. Security is always present on the street level, as you enter the hotel, & they ensure the security of guests & staff without being intrusive. The security staff is also very polite, but efficient at what they need to do, in order to ensure everyone’s safety. This hotel is spotlessly clean with a phenomenal cleaning staff. Sometimes I would leave my room around dinner time and they would still clean my room spotlessly & they would change the sheets for me whenever I requested. The hotel appears to be a very new & a modern building. I think they just celebrated their 2nd anniversary here. On the street level, located inside this hotel building, is a bakery called Tostao’ Cafe & Pan. Everything there is delicious & all of the pastries are very French! Next-door (still inside & on the street level of the Ibis Budget Itagüí building) is a delicious & comfortable family restaurant called Burrata, which is owned by a husband & wife & their little boy. The food is delicious, with a daily menu of the freshest ingredients & tast

Excellent experience Excellent location near the Airport. We arrived late by the time we cleared customs picked our bags it was close to 2am. Malheureusement, je ne pouvais pas trouver le numéro pour l'hôtel à appeler le transbordeur, nous avons pris un taxi et il a facturé 60 000 pesos qui sont comme $13.dollars. Les lits sont très confortables nous avons une suite. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'AC fonctionne bien. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec une grande variété.
