Incroyable ! La vue du dernier étage est Incroyable et le lit était tellement confortable... Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici en plein coeur de la ville. Seul bemol, il ne faut pas avoir de voiture de préférence.

The 69th floor apartment was absolutely amazing . The views are breathtaking. The apartment was just the right size and the little outside / closed in deck was good on a chilly Melbourne night. The only downfall was the indoor swimming pool it was FREEZING 🥶 !!! So not good after a long day walking around Melbourne city and ready to relax and have a swim !!! The Spa was nice and hot.

The staff were exceptionally polite, and the hotel's location was ideal!conveniently close to the tram and grocery store. However, during our five day stay, the room was never cleaned, despite contacting the front desk and leaving a note on the bell. This lack of housekeeping was disappointing and could be improved.

Enjoyed our stay, got to check in early, room was clean, clean towels every day, tram just down the road.

Very unfortunate we didn’t get the tallest floor, we stayed in 54th floor, so didn’t quite get the scenery I wanted. Windows were a bit dirty. But overall nice Place to stay

Only basic changing towels & top up detergent. No changing of bed linen and no cleaning of floor.

excellent location with nice gym and pool, overall new and looks clean. But many of the amenities don't work, a lot of sockets are falling off and can't charge properly. the shower door cannot be shut properly so there's a flood of water on the floor every time you take a shower. no drawers or shelves in the wardrobe and not enough hangers which is inconvenient for longer stay. the rugs also have quite a lot of dirty stains.

Really nice location and friendly people at the reception. The view was amazing during night as well as in the morning! We only missed the clean towels and refill of sugar 2 days.

DISASTER!! Pls DONT come!! It was such a NIGHTMARE. Bad attitude when checking in and out. No one in reception to answer the phone. They off at 11 and you have to go downstairs if u have any need. The ironic thing is that it is a 4-star hotel, but u cant get any service. No air conditioner inside the bedroom!!! Fragile and dangerous glass door in the bathroom. Not recommended if with kids or anyone. Also, the shower head is on top and it’s not movable!!? Sky view completely blocked by buildings. We paid for a sky view room, but nothing we can see but buildings and neighbors. The dish washer is smelly and unhygienic. We need to hand wash again when we take the dishes out. Room keeping, they won’t change the bedsheet. They only help you make bed and give new towels. They won’t give a **** to the rubbish on the floor. But I’m glad I tried something remarkable which is a type of pillow that I haven’t tried in my life, a pillow that is as hard as a rock and makes you feel worse than waking up all night. IT TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

The Sky view room we got was on the 67th floor, a gorgeous view and superb central location near lots of food and grocery options. The only issue we had was that the wifi was very slow especially from late afternoon till night, and data coverage was also spotty, maybe due to the high floor? Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend
