The whole building height 26th floor. No daily room cleaning service. Parking is 35 dollars extra. bathroom quite small. kitchen well design for good cooking. location near to Crown

Fantastic view. Very clean. Love being on the balcony. Staff from service is acceptable but could be better.

It was a nice stay with a great room and the Manager was lovely his English is. Terrific. And I have a feeling that he does all this work on his own.

Good location very close to everything. Apartments are an alright size maybe a little cramped. View over towards crown was nice.

I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful location and an incredible view from the one bedroom apartment balcony. Reception hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much! 10/10!

Ive stayed at aura on 3 separate occasions and I really love the rooms and the view is one of my favourite of all hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are good size, magic view , modern kitchen, but bathroom is too small for 2 bdrm apartment. I hit my elbow so many times and only enough room for 1 person to brush teeth at a time. It was way to small. Also the cleanliness everytime ive stayed here has been appalling. This time there was wee all down side of toilet with a white towel placed over it but coukd see yellow stains over towel, so disgusting and when I said something, no one came to clean...I was mortified by this. It is lockdown and I understand things are a little strange but if you charge people to stay in a room then please have the respect to at very least be hygienic. This would definately be a health hazard and something I've never come across before. As I am currently homeless I have been staying all over Melbourne in some fabulous hotels until lockdoen finishes and I get get a more permanent home.... I really hope this hotel does something about the standard of cleanliness as I cannot stay here again till its rectified and can't recommend it to anyone else and that's a shame cos I live this hotel.....and its spectacular view....
