Excellent location 4 star hotel. The breakfast is well worth the price. Stayed 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay.

Location: perfect to travelers and only few blocks away from the Queens Market and free tram zone Service: Friendly and helpful staff Cleanliness: Our room got some smell from the pipe and there was water in the kettle when I first use it The pillow is comfy

A couple of minutes walk from Vitoria Market. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant food and service was great. Staff were great.

Good location. 7 min walk to flagstaff station. The slender caucasian lady at Recep is a tad cold and indifferent.

Loved our stay here! The room was well presented and modern, mini bar reasonably priced, staff were pleasant and attentive and location was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again.

先説槽點吧，供酒店方參考提高服務水平。第一，不算華人禮遇酒店，我們入住一週基本沒有説中文的服務人員。第二，房間窗户全部封死，又沒有換氣設施，空調都是房間內部循環，覺得很不適應。第三，衞生間洗澡隔斷沒有門，洗澡時水會濺出來很多，需要已經想辦法處理，不然會滑倒。第四，我們一入住就發現洗臉盆堵塞，下水極慢，多虧很快就有人員來維修。第五，早點是西餐但是很豐富。沒有免費拖鞋提供。優點是離公園近，景觀房視野不錯，服務人員比較熱情，交通方便。

旗桿花園麗筠在澳大利亞絕對算是很有性價比的酒店了。訂的比較早所以性價比極高 離墨爾本市區非常近 步行都可至。早餐味道好！

雖然房間設施略顯陳舊，但是衞生很好，酒店位置也很好，馬路對面就是公園，前台的服務態度一級棒。很推薦！

房間設施不是特別新，但是位置比較好，正對旗桿公園，旁邊就是維媽市場，買東西方便。帶小孩可以去旗桿公園喂鴿子
