Water heater not functioning due to low solar powered. No lift to 2nd floor. Not suitable for old people

Room got cigarette smell . No window room . Electric leaking noise . Tv plug not good

The room is okay and I got it for a reasonable price through trip.com app. There's free parking for this hotel so that you don't have to pay for public parking hourly rate. There's vending machine at outside the building for any snack that you want. Other than that, there's oldtown white coffee restaurants just beside the hotel and Jisoo korean fried chicken. Both is quite nice. Here no lift, only stairs so leg day exercise 😅 not suitable for old age people . Overall a simple and nice room with a strategic location.

Location is good in the neighbourhood and to town. The room smell stalled...not sure is poor ventilation or low occupancy. Aircon not working well , not cold . Bedsheet was dirty with stain and some insect **** . chekced in late so no more housekeeping.. can't use the other bed on late night and long journey travelling . absolutely nightmare No housekeeping for the room if not inform .

Hotel location is near to pusat bandar. Sebelah hotel ada old town white coffee.

Room was good but bathroom was abit dirty… Management have to look into it… Other than this all was good

Nice and convenient.

Pros 1. Room size is amazing very big. 2. Equipment in room i.e. Kettle, Hair Dryer, and Towels. Only Slippers not provided. 3. Water dispenses and iron provided on corridor. 4. There is plenty of parking and there is cctv for safety. Cons 1. No lift, if u have elder people a bit tough because need to go stairs or heavy luggage u need to carry and climb stair to the second floor. 2. Room got stink of smoke；toilet equipment a little rough. It feels like it's breaking down, and also water heater was not hot on night；The bed is even more complicated. The sheets are either marked or ripped 3. Those Indian travelers very noice on midnight, it wakes u up when u fall asleep, and the staff doesn't care about it！
