房間進來時沒有喝的飲用水，還有好多小螞蟻，最差一次出行商住，還是五星酒店。

早餐種類挺多的，主要以當地食物為主 酒店新開了中餐廳，味道，價格還不錯（不提供豬肉） 服務友好耐心，會講英文，送了零食飲料很好 缺點：床單有污漬，洗澡水一打開有土腥味，希望改進

Hotel ternyaman terbersih di palangkarya, tapi sayang kolam nya harus rajin d bersihkan dinganti airnya saja, karna sekali nyebur mata pedih banget sama bau trll menyengat karporit nya

這家酒店要雅加達時間中午14:00，也就是中國北京時間15:00才可以入住，來早了不行，需要等待，酒店點餐上菜太慢了，我點了一個炒飯，一個牛排，一個小時都還上不了，垃圾一個

The rooms are nice and comfy to stay in. The breakfast menus are delicious and there are so many options to choose. The view from the hotel room is very pretty. The service is very satisfying. Definitely will come back here again when we get the chance!

It is a good hotel. The hotel is located in downtown Palangkaraya, so you can reach every corner of the city in a few minutes. The staff was ok. They were lovely. The food at the breakfast corner was not so special. The room was ok. It was clean, and the space was ok.

We been in Palangkaraya for UCI race and living in this hotel was outstanding and lovely experience. This was true hospitality and the whole team of Hotel M Bahalap did great job! Hope to be back!! Service 10/10 Care 10/10 Cleaness 10/10 Food 10/10 Equipment 10/10

Stayed for 3 nights on 5-8 April 2022 in room number 617. Hotel suitable for meeting, with good ambience. Thank you to the staff for the excellent services and a special thanks to Mrs Susan. she’s great and really helpful and does her best for the customer experience. so happy and glad to know her, Management should consider her for the next good position👍
