Nice hotel with good service. If kids are free to stay, then it will be more recommended. The new restaurant for meals are good.

The most amazing is the private onsen. Dinner is ok while the sashimi is just normal. Beef stew s good though

Very satisfied with the stay. The hotel is new and clean. View is breathtaking from the lobby. Free coffee and tea. The private onsen in the room is awesome.

It was a wonderful stay, excellent and helpful staff, very clean and spacious room, nice onsen, great food, excellent view, good shuttle service, indeed everything was just perfect!

My room was amazing,the view and open air bath. It would be nice to show the room type alphabet on the system so i know which room i booked. Dinner and breakfast was very tasty. staff service was very good.

可以send email去預先約定時間搭shuttle bus去酒店，staff都好有禮貌，房間很大很舒適，一泊二食，食物非常之好食，同埋睇得出好有心機整，兩餐都食得好飽，唯獨因為係落雨嘅關係，試唔到房間外面嘅足浴同埋無行到去大浴場睇個到嘅環境之外，每一樣野都好滿意😁

由車站有shuttle 直接到酒店大概6-7分鐘，員工主要用日語，好有禮貌，親切。酒店非常乾淨，設備齊全。酒店lobby 有休息區，有果汁咖啡，房間內有onsen (視乎所訂房間系列），建議先好好享受溫泉旅館，預時間checkout先到車站再步行至景點區。晚餐早餐日式非常好，往返shuttle 需預約.
