Everything was wonderful. Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner. And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back next week already!

房間很不錯，酒店很安靜，沙灘很美，遊樂設施不多適合躺平。包的餐食很不錯，中國胃也覺得好吃。我們是自駕，酒店進出都有檢查，離馬特魯景點1個小時車程。

這個價錢實在是太實惠了，我就又入住了一晚，酒店的晚餐不是自助是可以按菜單選的，味道湊合，勝在份量大，淡季沒有遊客蠻開心

位置很偏。早上 8 點就可以入住，但是被經理要求等待兩個小時，要了20 美元后才讓我們入住。後來找到大堂經理投訴，經理給妥善解決了，除了退還 20 美元和口頭道歉後，沒別的表示歉意的行為。還讓我們手寫了事發經過。

馬特魯港度假首選酒店，有最長且乾淨的私家長白沙灘。周邊正在修建的都是Jaz集團下的酒店搭理得很乾凈。酒店服務也很好，床品舒適。是來埃及酒店體感最舒服，柔軟如絲綢一般。離城有些遠，打車要200埃及磅到300埃及磅，完全是世外桃源般的感覺。度假推薦。也可以包車去馬特魯主要海灘景點。目前酒店門口沒有出租車，建議馬特魯市區到達以後聯繫好相關行程再讓司機送到酒店。

このホテルに行くには交通手段が限られます。 アレクサンドリアからUBERで約３時間半、現地通貨で1400、ホテルからマルサマトルーフまではUBERが使えず、仕方がなくタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、45分ほど、料金は600かかりました。またフロントでの配車時に意思疎通が上手くいかず、非常に不快な思いをしました。近くにタクシーがいないようなので、呼ぶのにかなり時間もかかりますので1時間以上前に配車の依頼をすることをおすすめます。周辺には何もなく、ホテル敷地内でプールと海を楽しみたいのであれば別ですが、ホテルからマルサマトルーフへの観光を考えているのであれば、往復のタクシー代や移動時間を考慮すると、マルサマトルーフのホテルに滞在する方が良いと思います。時期的なものもあるかもしれませんが、ビーチは波が強く、泳いだり、子供が遊ぶには不向きであると感じました。部屋は綺麗ですが、アメニティなどはベーシックなもののみです。水以外の部屋のドリンクなども別途料金が掛かります。オールインクルーシブではありません。夕食は宿泊代金に含まれていましたが、飲み物は水のみでほかのソフトドリンクやコーヒーにも追加料金が掛かります。

房間很好，設施也齊全，酒店環境不錯，早餐也挺好的，品種豐富，服務員也比較熱情，交通適合自駕旅行，要有車才方便

Très belle expérience au sein de l’hôtel Jaz Almaza Beach, le personnel est au top et au petit soin, nous remercions Omar et son équipe pour les merveilleux cocktails à Looby Bar. Les piscines et les chambres sont propres et l’ensemble d’hôtels est très sécurisé !!

L’hôte est merveilleux les personnes est au top et très sympathique, L’hôtel et les piscines sont très propres Nous remercions surtout OMAR et sont équipés pour les merveilleux cocktails au lobby bar, Et le hôtel est très sécurise c’est fantastique.

Hello, We took room 3136 and we would like to express our deepest gratitude for JAZ Almaza bay staff, JAZ is our annual destination and this one won't be the last, our special thanks goes to: * Reem Tantawy, for being a generous, hospitable hostess, and we hope to see her at much higher position because she truly deserves that. * AbdelKhalek Isaa, very welcoming and rich in his morality, professional in his work and manages his HK team perfectly, deserves the best. * Ahmed Alaa, for being very kind with his best smile and I'm glad to meet him annualy, he adds alot to the guest arrival experience. * Omar Marzouk, for his prompt action whenever necessary and always very polite.
