I stayed at ITC with my elderly parents. It was a staycation for their 50th wedding anniversary. My dad was on the wheelchair so we needed comfort & ease. From the time we arrived at the resort to the time we left we were showered with lot of care and superb hospitality. At arrival gate the staff was helping my parents get off the car and make them comfortable. We were escorted to the reception and were greeted with a beautiful scarf & a welcome drink. There were several staff members who were greeting us. It felt so lovely. Our suite was not ready. Sonali at the reception escorted us to the Arravali restaurant for lunch. There was some confusion and were then asked to go to the hub area for lunch buffet. I wish they would have shared the info at the beginning so I didn’t have to bother my dad go back & forth multiple times. But the staff was apologetic and really took good care of us. We had booked the short break package that included lunch/dinner. The lunch experience was fabulous. Thank you Madan for being a superb host. Madan made sure we were comfortable and kept bringing stuff as my parents couldn’t do rounds of the food area. The chef Amit and another Chef (don’t recall his name) at lunch get five stars for the great quality of food and the lavish spread. They even brought sugar free dessert for my parents. Again, nothing can beat the hospitality of Madan, Chef Amit and the staff. Our suite was luxurious. We had the suite with a private pool. The location was perfect as we were few mtrs from the main bldg. The room, living room, bathroom and the pool were very tastefully decorated. It was royal. We attended the puja at 6:30pm and it was so peaceful and calming. We had drinks at the peacock bar. Great drinks! Got to try a special mocktail that had not been named yet. Beautifully decorated bar and once again the serving staff & bar tender drinks were great. Our dinner at Arravali was very nice. The food preparation was great. We tried asian food. There was some issue with the billing and they didn’t charge us for bread and charged incorrectly for a dish. What I loved about the staff was that they fixed everything without giving us any hassle. ***y a times they were too generous and giving us complimentary things. I have yet to experience this level of hospitality & professionalism at other resorts. The breakfast was amazing. From asian, Indian, continental to fresh juices you name it and the buffet had more than one can even eat. Again, Madan & server Amit were superb. Chef Amit stopped by to check on us and during our departure packed a huge box of bakery items for our return journey. Thank you Chef Amit for making it a memorable experience for us. We love food so we were over the moon with the experience. We were also taken good care by Namrata ( guest relations supervisor). She was lovely! Made sure we had everything we needed. Went above & beyond to take pictures of my parents. Thank you Namrata for being a great host and taking car

We visited this property in February this year.Me and my wife were in Delhi this month for a family function and we had stayed in most of the itc properties in Delhi in the past including Itc Maurya and Welcom Dwarka.We had never got a chance to visit the Grand bharat and wanted to atleast have a showaround if not stay in the property. Being a platinum member of club itc,I wrote to their gm Mr Mattu,requesting for a showaround of the property. I got a prompt reply and phone call from his colleague,the front office ***ager of the hotel Ms ***i Raheja,who obliged to accommodate our request and after speaking with her we decided to go to the property for a showaround and dinner.It was a good 40 km from Dwarka where we were located.The property is located in the interior village areas,atleast 10 km from gurgram and the main highway,away from the hustle bustle of city life.So if someone wants to relax and rejuvenate for a weekend and escape from city life,it's a perfect place for them.Its a resort themed property with a palatial touch.Upon reaching the property, we were given a traditional welcome and then served welcome drinks.Ms Raheja was there to receive us and she ***** with some of her associates showed us around.The have 2 restaurants,one being a Indian specially restaurant,whose decor and theme we found very amusing,was a replica of Itcs signature restaurant Dum pukht.They mostly have set menus.Then we saw Aravali Pavilion,their all day dining option,complete with buffet counters and the lighting and set up was giving it the vibe of a fine dining space rather than a regular all day dining option.Then they had the Peacock bar,which was Peacock themed,Peacock style colours in walls and chairs and on top of bar counter there was a huge glass sculpture of a Peacock spreading it's wings.It was a very unique bar we had ever seen in any property. We clicked pics while the staffs brifed us about the details of each area.The main lobby was also very spacious with a tall ceiling and a dome on top.The design and architecture which we thought was rajasthani,we got to know later it was a blend of all parts of India hence called bharat.The main entrance had beautiful fountains surrounding it on either sides which gave a even more surreal view.We were offered the signature mocktial from the bar for free,which we throughly enjoyed.Then we went to the 2nd floor to see the spa.The entire floor was the spa,ITCs own Kaya Kalp,with a salon and it was the biggest spa I had ever seen in any property of the group.We saw the spa pool,steam and sauna,therapy areas and spa reception.The design was very unique and was very soothing to our eyes.We checked the spa menus as well,prices were in line with other itc properties and not overpriced despite it being a resort property where charges are on higher side.After which we went to see the guest rooms,in their buggy.Their duty ***ager Aishwarya and another staff came with us.There are also ***y private dining open spaces ne

Our visit was a 3-day retreat at the Grand Bharat. Overall, the property is awe-inspiring and grandiose. From the reception lobby to the rooms, the golf course to the recreation center, everything is pristine. The suite itself was expansive with every sort of top-quality amenity being provided. However, what stands out is the exemplary service. Shout-out to Chef Dipankar, A***shi and Hi***shu who tirelessly looked after our culinary preferences, proactively offering individual attention. They took special care to support our timing requirements and ensured we had our choice of seating and dishes served - including those outside the menu! This extent of focus on guests is something we have experienced for the first time and truly elevates our impressions of what ITC and Grand Bharat have to offer. In the end, we have come away with an exquisite experience and loads of wonderful memories and cherished interactions with Dipankar, A***shi and Hi***shu. Thank you everyone for making our visit so special!

I was on a Staycation with my family and I must tell you that it was the most memorable trip i have had in last few years. The property is amazing. We took 3 3 semi private pool suites and had so much fun and a relaxing time. The food was amazing at the Aravali Pavilion and not to forget the lovely staff which was ever smiling and welcoming. I would like to extend special thanks to Jaskaran who is my hero and Aishwarya Sethi for smooth check in and overall experience. Another name is Ashish at the restaurant and he made our day even better by providing lovely food and he understood our needs very well. Overall a lovely stay!! Kudos to the team.....

The property is Grand ...second best to Umaid Bhawan palace. Positive feeling to be here. Was here for Lunch with my family on 12th april. Thanks Madam Benita & Mr Rishi Mattu . I have travelled to the best properties globally...but the hospitality that swept us away was provided by MADAM KUNJU. She the most amazing being I have ever met. So beautiful inside that my whole family was mesmerized by her affection and care. Would visit again.

We stayed at the ITC Grand Bharat last weekend and everything was an absolutely wonderful experience. Right from checkin to checkout, Kunju, Esha and the extremely courteous staff at the hotel take care of our every need. Chef Dipankar made sure that we had delectable food at the Aravali Pavilion and the Prithvi Ballroom. He made sure that we were well fed and had a wonderful time at every meal. The ***go Falooda was absolutely amazing! Arvind from housekeeping made sure that our room was in perfect order! Overall, a very relaxing break and totally worth it! Highly recommend the property for its hospitality, ambience and the people!

It was a great experience. We were pampered with lots of care and attention by the team. It was super hot, and we wanted something made out of ***gos, and the chefs created something really special just for us. The food was amazing and the attention that the team put into the guests is something we look forward to at an ITC hotel. They exceeded our expectations and made us look forward to our visit again. Thank you to Chef Joodha, Dipankar, and the rest of the team for such a pleasant and memorable visit.
