Hôtel très agréable et moderne, proche du circuit de Portimao mais loin de tout. J'y suis allé pour le travail mais j'ai pu profiter des infrastructures de l'hôtel, restaurant, bar, piscine, hammam et sauna. La piscine mériterait des petits travaux, mais le reste chambres et parties communes sont très bien. Bref très calme et moderne pour un petit séjour.

Personnel pas du tout agréable, pas un sourire, pas un bonjour. Le repas du soir m’a coûté 63,60€ à deux pour manger de la purée immangeable, du poulet et de la soupe froide. Et une bouteille d’eau. C’est plus que chère pour le service proposé. Nous sommes rester 5 jours sur place, durant ces 5 jours la piscine intérieur et le « spa » on été fermer, aucunes excuses et aucun geste commercial n’ont été donné par les membres de l’hôtel même après avoir réclamé plusieurs fois, hôtel 5 étoiles qui n’en mérite même pas 3. Très déçu.

Évitez le restaurant car j’ai attendu 57 minutes pour être servis d’une salade et d’un poulet grillé le chef m’a expliqué que c’était pour servir mes enfants avant pas de chance mes enfants avaient pris le buffet La responsable du service ne sait pas non plus pourquoi on a attendu 25 minutes une sangria et deux fanta

This hotel is an amazing retreat! Surprisingly you can't hear the noise from the racing track just nearby. The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is great if you want to be in a quiet part of the Algarve (30 minutes from Portimão). The breakfast is great. It has variety and the products are fresh and high quality. The hotel has an amazing outdoor swimming pool, unfortunately the it was too windy and we were not able to enjoy it. The Jacuzzi and the indoor swimming pool are great too! The room is as in the pictures, it is big and the decoration is modern. Overall, we recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a quiet retreat in the Algarve!

Room was ok, camp bed set for child not great. Bath area had no doors, not suitable if sharing with friends, lack of privacy. Patio furniture very uncomfortable, you couldn’t relax. Pool area amazing but not enough sun lounges. Biggest let down was food. Hot breakfast selection inedible, continental better. Lunch/dinner menu limited.

Booked 11night with my family. Very disappointed, checked in and found dirty room. Sink full of hair /dust/ sink almost fallen. Hairdryer not working. Receptionist didn't even apologise, they didn't even offer to move room! Food horrible!!! They charged you for everything even a glass of water, the Restaurant and the Buffet area full of flyers/ fruit flyers all over the food. This is not a 5* Hotel! Apart from hairdryer /small fridge (empty) no other facilities in the bedroom. No coffee machine no kettle! Mattress and pillow very uncomfortable too hard. We asked for matters topped, Receptionist didn't even know what is that! Way too far from everything, there is latterly nothing around!

a good stay, very organized and very clean, very attentive and charismatic staff, always wanting to give the greatest satisfaction. A great spot for those looking for peace and relaxation. rest assured you will not be disappointed with your stay there

Super disrespectful experience! I had been in the hotel many times but it never happened something like this: When I arrived from late night work shift, I went to the bar from the hotel for a drink with my colleagues which were already there. The waitress really kind said I couldn't that it was closed. After that I greet my colleagues and grab the keys of my room. Suddenly, a 1.65m tall approx. with glasses and beard which who likes to be called manager, comes to me and in a really rude way says: You cannot take a drink and you have to leave! My reaction was: "Excuse me sir, I'm not going to speak out as rudely as you, I remind you I am a costumer. I asked what was the problem and he didn't reduce his voice tone. I left as asked but as a costumer I tried to tell him that this was not a way to treat people and specially not customers. He literally said I don't care, I have experience in this world, he even told me so I was rude with you eh? (In an ironic way) Conclusion: As a rational human being, as I saw that he would never understand, I thought that it was worth to let a review in Trip Advisor!

Stayed here 2 nights and that was enough. In the middle of nowhere and very little to do. Only about 30 sun beds for the whole place. The pool bar server was so miserable and really didn’t want to be there. The buffet was average for €30 each and much better just taking the snack menu. Rooms are nice but don’t make up for all the other shortcomings. Would not return.

Lovely new hotel, very spacious, and great quality of amenities. Feels a little empty and understaffed, probably not back to pre-covid levels. Restaurant a bit pricey and with limited choice. Great breakfast (but pricey)

I came to the hotel for motor racing as it was close to the track. The hotel is fantastic, great amenities, great food and excellent service from the staff. The hotel is modern, sits very proudly on a beautiful location overlooking the hills. I won’t hesitate to come again. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

Enormous hotel, great location, huge gym, nice swimming pool outside but… Waiters were Bringing away my dish while I was still eating. Wellness center under maintenance. Indoor pool cold, lift stopped working and THE WORST MATERASSE EVER TRIED in 12 years of travels I asked twice to change it as I could not sleep over this materasse with hills and holes. Crazy unconfortable Food was average. Nothin special and pretty expensive. Not value the 5 stars

Prior to booking, I was told that the jacuzzi is the only thing that is not working. To our surprise, the sauna and the steam hammam were closed too for “maintenance”. We asked them to open one yesterday which they happily did and the maintenance person didn’t know why it was not turned on in the first place. Today, nothing is working and it’s closed for a maintenance. I asked them to open it again and today’s excuse was that they are remodeling everything. If I had known I would not come. Not worth it at all. Also no water pressure in showers. Staff people are very nice of course and do the utmost to please the clients. Breakfast buffet was good too. They are not at fault for hotel’s lack of facilities as a 5 star.

Great resort if you come to the circuit for a race event. Everything was modern and clean. The views for the circuit are amazing. Modern soacious with great balcony rooms. Nice free parking garage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good but overpriced for the quality, clealry to take the advantage of no restaurants around the area.
