Très bel hôtel avec deux piscines c'est un court de tennis chambres standard cependant très propre et personnel très agréable excellent petit déjeuner.

Posizione eccellente per raggiungere la spiaggia ed il centro. Colazione varia ed abbondante, presentava anche prodotti gluten free. Pur avendo soggiornato in inverno le stanze erano ben riscaldate

When I booked this Hotel I was expecting a 4 star experience but instead I got something in the region of a 1,5 star experience. From start to finish it was a disaster. First sight was the building site at the front, Then the inside something out of the eighties. Definitely not decorated for over 20 years but definitely needs it and should shut until it’s finished. Shower doors were hanging off so I had to fix them.Air conditioning was turned off as they were undergoing some repairs and the WI-FI was absolutely useless. Now on to the breakfast well for a 4 Star establishment it was a joke, the hot food was not covered an I the time I got there till I left didn’t change just dried up egg and cold fatty bacon. I didn’t eat anything adit was disgusting. Definitely one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Should definitely think about closing till it is in a good state!!!.

There are two things going for this hotel. The view from your bathroom window and the bed. This hotel is more like a hostel. Food see pictures is awful. These photos were taken with an hour left on the service. Carton juice, tinned fruit, surly staff. Scrambled eggs made probably around 6 and left out. Breakfast starts at 7:30 but you are able to go in earlier but full of workmen.

From the reception unpolite person who did not want to speak any other language but Italian to dirty room without fridge and extremely dirty toilet.We arrived a bit earlier then 1 pm when the check in starts and was told to wait for two hours because the rooms are not ready.We booked two rooms and had to wait with our daughter and two little dogs.The real shock was when we saw the rooms.

What a disgusting let down this place was, and a danger too. Do not book, you will not get value for money. We had a 2 week full board stay in a family room. Arrived late evening. Reception were no help and gave no advice or tips, not did they even provide us with the basics, like the required voucher for sun loungers. Our family room was tiny, even if just for a couple. A double bed then small bunk beds n barely room to move in between. The bathroom door only opened around 60° as it hit the sink, and you had to choose if to plug the mini fridge or the TV in, there wasn't capability for both. The room was so cramped we had to put a little item of furniture on the balcony so we could stand next to the bed. The balcony,, had 2 plastic chairs that just fit the width of the balcony so if you wanted to sit on one, it had to be turned in to give room for your knees (not that I would have sat on one - they were filthy and flimsy). How this hotel can say it has air conditioning is beyond me. There was a very old and leaking box above the doorway. The only difference this made to the room was approx 2° cooler only if you left it on all day with the doors and blinds shut and noone in the room. Within two minutes of entry it was sweltering again. Food...breakfast is served in the hottest room ever, you could barely breathe. The food is nice if you like pastries. Fresh fruit was rare. The scrambled egg, sausages and bacon weren't great, and looked like left there the whole service. Don't dare try and ask for a coffee from the bar if you're not Italian, you use the machine. Lunch and dinner the items off the menu were nice, but the buffet was the same every single day for two weeks and an awful cattle run at opening because a) it's crammed in a right awkward corner, and b) the most popular things are not replenished when gone. All the vegetables are served chilled. I found the food quite nice, but was really fed up by the end of two weeks. It was nice that the room lunch and dinner is served in is cool. Phew. Now for the facilities: dirty. Unkempt. Dangerous. Neglected. The photos tell you the story. A man hole which was uncovered, and the broken slab cast aside, was left unfixed at the side of the path you have to take to get from hotel to pool. There was building material left abandoned everywhere. Stinking overflowing bins and piles of tat and rubbish. Hose pipes left in random and dangerous places (like the bottom of the stairs) for the whole two weeks. There is a sunbathing deck above the pitiful pool showers which had loose and missing panels. I in fact witnessed someone put their hand on one and luckily saved themself from falling when the plank fell away. Pool: when we arrived the pool was lovely and clean but as time went on it was obvious the filter wasn't enough. The grime, and black and pink mold, growing round the pool is evident on the photos. Assolutamente insoddisfatto. Iniziamo con il check in dove, a parte il fatto che ero stato registrato in b&b e non mezza pensione, mi è stata contestata una drink card da 30€ presente nella email di conferma e riconfermata telefonicamente. A questo punto se avessero chiesto scusa e magari offerto anche solo un caffè io sarei già stato a posto, invece sono stato io accusato di non avere fatto attenzione ad un cartello appeso in hotel (difficilmente da casa, dove ho fatto la prenotazione potevo leggerlo) e anche dopo aver letto l'email di conferma, che non accennava alla non validità della card per il mio soggiorno sono stato trattato come quello che voleva fare il "FURBO". Infine la colpa è ricaduta su una stagista e al sito web (dubito che la stagista curi il sito) ma ancora niente scuse. Salgo in camera e nel bagno trovo trovo la carta igienica iniziata e una saponetta usata nella doccia. La cena, una imbarazzante tavola buffet con piatti inguardabili, figuriamoci mangiarli, scarsa scelta per le pietanze che comunque sono risultate immangiabili ( tipo le costoline di maiale rinsecchite, scaldate in forno e spacciate per cotte a bassa temperatura). Insomma proprio lontanissimo dalla storica accoglienza romagnola. Addio

La premessa è che io non ho scelto questo hotel ma bensì l’hotel City che presumo essere della stessa catena sempre a Milano marittima vengo dirottato per questioni penso logistiche e soprattutto invernali in questo hotel c’è da dire che è un hotel anni 80/90 sfarzoso ampio con camere molto grandi ma purtroppo sta cadendo a pezzi I punti ahimè a sfavore sono diversi il primo in assoluto la pulizia sia degli ambienti comuni che è veramente tralasciata a se stessa e anche della camera. Alcuni complementi di arredo cadono a pezzi la manopola della porta d’ingresso la porta finestra non si chiudeva e alcuni accessori in bagno non funzionanti copriletto macchiato ma oltre a un odore veramente forte e pungente trovatosi nella hall di cibo la colazione è veramente da bassi fondi mi dispiace non do mai giudizi molto negativi ma qui qui c’è qualcosa di rivedere il prezzo chiaramente non è esagerato ma non è neanche regalato unica nota positiva a mio giudizio la signora delle colazioni molto disponibile e per quello che hai in suo possesso gentile Personale 🟢🟢🟢 Pulizia Colazione🟢 Prezzo🟢🟢 Parcheggio 🟢
