L'emplacement est bon et l'intérieur de la pièce a l'air convenable. Le personnel est sympa. Cependant, notre lit king dans la chambre king standard est très ferme. Je n'arrive pas à dormir confortablement la nuit. Vu la critique sur google avec quelqu'un de l'hôtel disant qu'une topper peut être demandée. J'ai demandé de l'aide au personnel et ils l'ont fait, mais il n'y en a pas. Déçu pour un 4 étoiles d'avoir un lit inconfortable. Le lit en 2 étoiles est plus confortable et il se trouve également dans une chambre king standard. Très probablement ne reviendra jamais car la chose la plus importante dans un séjour à l'hôtel est le confort du lit. Je ne veux pas risquer de devoir dormir dans un lit inconfortable pendant quelques nuits.

Room had no outside window at all. Room was also a bit dirty especially in the bathroom. You could see lots of curly black hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. There was also used lashes left in the garbage can.

The location was amazing. I was there to do all Prince stuff! Staff were amazing and helpful when I had questions. Room was clean and comfortable! Restaurant attached to hotel was a plus and the food and service was awesome! Hotel is around everything you may need. I
