Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

L'hôtel est très propre avec de l'eau chaude constante. Le personnel était extrêmement utile à tout moment. Bien que la chambre soit petite, elle était adéquate pour notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas mangé à l'hôtel, nous ne pouvons pas commenter la nourriture. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants décents à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel en raison de sa valeur pour l'argent, l'emplacement, le personnel et la propreté.

Le service était excellent, surtout José Antonio de la réception était très utile et ce qui m'a fait très bon séjour. Il a recommandé quelques tours et m'a aidé avec des réservations de tour et de restaurant ainsi que des transports. Il a pris son temps pour me dire comment aller dans la ville. Je suis vraiment reconnaissant pour tout le service que j'ai reçu à l'hôtel et surtout de José Antonio. Je le recommande très fort, ils étaient excellents jours à la Dazzler.

Si je pouvais noter ce NEGATIVE 5 je le ferais! Le personnel du bureau frontal m'avait (MEU TODDLER) attendant une heure et demie. Ils m'ont exigé d'avoir un ID pour mon fils 2YR OU ils ne me checkeraient pas dans ma suite. Pas une unité de sympathie alors que je pouvais mal sentir mon dos plus après 1.5hrs de porter mon enfant sur moi tout en trouver un moyen de les obtenir Quelque sorte de preuve de l'identité de mon enfant. Cette exigence a été mentionnée NOUVELLEment dans l'E-mail que j'ai reçu de eux avant de s'enregistrer. Ils ont toutefois mentionné que je paierais une taxe de vente de 18% à l'enregistrement. Je pense que c'est une grande exigence de mentionner dans ces e-mails. Ils ont écrit que je ne vivais pas ici, je n'ai pas dû appeler MES mari et Mère dans l'autre côté du monde pour m'aider à obtenir la preuve qu'ils avaient besoin, en l'occurrence un certificat de naissance de mon enfant. Il est À DEUX!!!! J'ai séjourné dans plus de 500 hôtels dans ma vie, dans plusieurs pays et sur plusieurs continents et N'en a jamais demandé un ID DEUX ans. Ils ne feront même pas une exception, j'avais deux chambres que j'avais réservées avec eux, mon dos était littéralement nul et non, ils ne feront pas une exception. Le plus mauvais service clientèle que j'ai jamais vu dans ma vie. J'espère vraiment qu'ils ajoutent que BIG REMEMORRAI dans leur futur contrôle des courriels parce que N'importe quelle mère ne devrait jamais EXPERIENCE QUE J'ai EXPERIENCE A CET HOTEL, INHUMANE, La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

Demandé de réparer le sèche-cheveux deux fois mais jamais fait, Mon vol était à minuit et par tripmasters voie pour le faire seulement 2 nuits, Je demande de vérifier le matin pour vider ces jours coût parce que je ne vais pas passer cette nuit en raison de mon vol mais Il a été très heureux de voir que le bureau de front n'a pas de Peorson en anglais. Je ne sais pas si M. Paul est le directeur ou quelqu'un d'autre mais quand il parle de faire 2 nuits pas 3 mais il ignore et dit simplement non non pour quelque chose que vous essayez de dire, ne l'écoutez pas mais tournez la tête vers non.Si vous ne parlez pas la langue locale, Il est très agréable de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais le gestionnaire est le plus érogant.

This review is for our stay in mid-February 2023. We have mixed feelings with our stay at Selina 3 Miraflores. The good aspects first: 1. The room, while quite small, was functional. It had an open wardrobe with plenty of shelf space and a few hanging points. 2. The beddings were comfortable. 3. Josef at the breakfast area was courteous and friendly. Here are the opportunity areas: 1. The directions from the booking partners should be corrected. We were directed to Selina 2 based on the address; but it was Selina 1 based on the hotel name and photos. In the end, were supposed to stay at Selina 3. 2. Selina 3 has no power generator. There was an electricity outage in the morning of our check-out day. Because of that, the wifi connection, power outlets, the two elevators, and A/C unit were not working. This is crucial if Selina positions its property as a co-working space. 3. Our booking included breakfast but Selina couldn't find it in their records. 4. We asked receptionist Paola for late check-out (12 noon) arrangements which she gladly provided, as we checked in at midnight. We requested that she leaves a note for her colleague who would assist us upon check-out; but she said it wasn't necessary, and that she would just talk to her colleague. To our suprise, we had an unpleasant discussion with Pia on the day of our check-out because she was insisting that we had to leave by the usual check-out time (11 AM). Inconveniences like this can be avoided by clear and proper communication among Selina staff.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super bon, à proximité de nombreux supermarchés, restaurants, en gros à 10 minutes à pied. Il y a une petite cuisine dans la chambre et devrait pouvoir cuisiner. La chambre est super grande, une chambre et un salon, le lit est super grand, très confortable, le climatiseur est un peu vieux, l'efficacité n'est pas très bonne, le soleil est très grand l'après-midi, cela peut être un un peu étouffant.

I did not realize it when I booked this hotel, but there are several Jose Antonio Hotels in Lima. I suppose it is something like a Hilton in the US. I was to join our travel group and was coming in early. So long story short, I booked the wrong Jose Antonio Hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I arrived late from the US, and they couldn't find my reservation. The young man at the desk made a few phone calls, and he figured it out for me. I decided to just stay for one night and join the group the next day. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The hotel must be used as meeting and convention space as there are rooms, a very large reception area, and some beautiful artwork. I had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was exception. All in all, I was very happy I stayed there.

Une excellente option d'hôtel dans la ville de Lima. Hôtel nouveau et moderne avec une belle réception et avec des récepteurs très éduqués et attentifs, les ascenseurs sont beaux et modernes. Les chambres sont très bonnes et grandes, les lits et les couvercles sont excellents, et la baignoire est également très bon et spacieuse, et la douche est tout simplement merveilleuse. Le shampooing, le conditionnement et le savon sont super odeur. La seule chose qui peut améliorer est le petit-déjeuner, il est bon, mais il doit mettre plus de choses diverses que nous trouvons dans le monde et non des choses régionales du Pérou. La localisation de cet hôtel est fantastique, tout très proche.

The AC Marriott Hotel in Miraflores was one of my best international hotel experiences so far. The staff were all extremely friendly and helped me with multiple different things — updating my keys, late check-in, restaurant recommendations, laundry services, room requests, etc. I stayed for 7 days and felt extremely well taken care of. The views of the ocean from the AC Hotel were great — from the both the rooftop and the 2nd floor lounge. I used all of the amenities at this location — the Breakfast Kitchen (morning buffets), the AC Lounge/Bar, the rooftop bar/kitchen, and the rooftop gym. My favorite out of all of them had to be the breakfast experience. I loved the furniture and styling of the entire hotel, and the beds/pillows were perfect for me (medium-firm). Special thank you to the Front Desk concierge staff that helped me during my stay: Diego, Anthony, and Analucia. Breakfast was amazing - so many farm to market varieties. My favorites were the fresh house-made yogurt, fresh juices (pineapple was my favorite), and the rotating traditional breakfast items. Thank you to to the following breakfast staff members that recommended items and took care of my meals every morning: Alex Quiroz, Esther, and John My other favorite amenity was the AC Lounge (and rooftop bar). A wonderful area to sit and be taken care of — coffee, water, and great seating options as well in the work area. Never had an issue finding a spot to sit and work at, or a spot to lounge and relax at. Big thank you to Christian from the Bar for taking care of me at both the AC lounge and the rooftop bars and helping me understand the Peruvian versions of vodka+sprite and rum+coke. I fell in love with Lima during this trip and will be visiting again — I will definitely be booking my stay at the AC Marriott in Miraflores when I come to visit in the future! Thank you again to all the wonderful hotel staff for making my stay so effortless :)

We arrived at 6:30am. The woman working the front desk wasn’t welcoming nor helpful. Luckily it was the end of her shift and she was replaced by the fantastic Samantha. Samantha made our stay awesome. She acknowledged my Marriott Bonvoy status, gave me my amenities options and proactively offered me my late checkout guaranteed benefit. Anyone with status knows that’s unfortunately rarely done now. You normally have to beg to get that “guaranteed” benefit so I’m really impressed with Samantha. I wished all front desk agents were as welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly as her. Since we arrived early and technically couldn’t check in yet, she gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation as well. Our room was on the 12th floor, just below the rooftop bar/restaurant. They would have some music at night (stops at 1am on Friday). We didn’t mind as we were tired and slept, but it might be an issue for some light sleepers. Recommend something below 10 to avoid the noise. The room was spacious and clean. The location was across a nice park and also quiet. It’s not on the busier parts of Miraflores, so aside from the noise from the bar, it was quiet and peaceful. The gym is a decent size. We checked out and Samantha was at the front desk again. She remembered it was my husband’s birthday. Again, she’s amazing. She made our stay there memorable.

Nous sommes arrivés le soir. Tout le monde s'est regardé entre eux parce qu'ils n'avaient pas idée des arrivées (voulaient-ils avoir un système de réservation? Je doute que cela). Nous n'avons jamais vérifié, ils n'ont jamais pris nos données et nous avons moins reçu un contrôle de leur part. Ils nous ont donné une chambre juste à côté du lobby. Il nous a reçu l'odeur de l'humidité, le manque de signal sur les téléphones, une cortine hors de son chemin, un balcon au milieu de la salle de bains et un environnement à mauvaise mort, comme un auberge de 20 soleils. Il n'y avait ni savon ni couilles. Je suis sorti pour me plaindre visiblement ennuyé et ils m'ont dit que le chef n'était pas là et qu'ils ne savaient rien parce qu'ils travaillaient pour le café/bar. Ils ne nous ont pas donné la clé ni rien. Je répète, ni vérifier ni rien. Nous sommes allés faire un tour, mes enfants, ma femme et moi. À mon retour, le manque d'attention-coordination était la même avec la différence que le ”chef” était présent maintenant. Il a mal salué. Ils m'ont donné une clé attachée à un fil dentaire et un savon. J'ai demandé pour le wifi et ils n'avaient aucune idée de quel était la clé. À la troisième tentative, nous nous sommes finalement connectés. La chambre super de base, je ne sais pas si coffre-fort ou portier. Odorant à l'humidité, parois négligées, le bain avec un réservoir avec des gouttes, le bruit du bar. Un désastre!!! Nous n'avons jamais eu d'informations sur le lieu de leur part, jusqu'à la rue était fermée par des travaux et ils ne nous ont jamais expliqué. Je ne pouvais en aucune façon recommander ce lieu, c'est plus, les encourager à ne pas le considérer. J'ai joint des photos.

L'hôtel est très propre avec de l'eau chaude constante. Le personnel était extrêmement utile à tout moment. Bien que la chambre soit petite, elle était adéquate pour notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas mangé à l'hôtel, nous ne pouvons pas commenter la nourriture. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants décents à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel en raison de sa valeur pour l'argent, l'emplacement, le personnel et la propreté.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, propre, calme et moderne avec des lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner inclus est servi sur la surface supérieure et est assez vaste, y compris les choix froids et chauds. Nous resterions certainement ici à nouveau et nous le recommanderions aux autres. Une porte de quibble- chambre n'a pas d'œil ni de larve pour vérifier qui est en train de frapper. Mais nous nous sommes sentis très sûrs là-bas.

We decided to make Centro by Casa Andina in Miraflores the recommended hotel for our wedding guests in Lima. We expected the hotel to be rather simple, and decided for it without knowing it only due to the price and location (since we had guests with different budgets coming to Lima for our wedding). We cannot be happier that we chose this hotel. From the first day, even before the guests started arriving, the friendly staff supported us with all queries: where are hairdressers near by, can the rooms be close to each other, can make up artists come to the rooms to get the guests ready, booking problems for some of them, etc. All these was supported by the amazing staff. We really cannot thank them enough! They made every guest feel welcome, they supported each of them with all their queries, and had a lot of patience towards the big group. Also we (bride and groom) decided to stay in the hotel for our wedding night to be close to our guests and it was the best decision. We got a very warm welcome from the staff and felt very comfortable. Regarding the rooms: we were positively surprised of the size, quality, cleanness, equipment. For the price we were not expecting the high quality of the rooms and facilities and in such a centric location. Even the breakfast (which while booking was communicated as a lunch box) was tasty and coffee was great! Thanks again to the staff, and specially Jonathan, the manager from the hotel, who really made the stay during such important festivities for our wedding guests and ourselves memorable.
