L'hôtel est bien situé, près du centre commercial et pratique pour manger, mais la serrure de la porte de l'hôtel est un peu vieille et se sent moins en sécurité, tout le reste est OK. La sécurité de l'hôtel était sympathique et a appelé un taxi.

Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

Zeer goede ligging , vlakbij Miraflores en Park Del Amor. Wij hadden een grote kamer op het 4 de verdiep en dat was best hoog want er is geen lift. Kamer is netjes. Doucheknop helemaal naar links draaien . Kleine waterstraal. Hotel is gehorig maar dat heb je in alle hotels in Peru. Ontbijt is pistolet met ei en confituur, fruitsap en koffie. Eten doe je in de kelder en is niet wauw.

We are here for 6 nights and 2 nights remaining. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Facilities are clean and updated. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Nous avons trouvé un magasin de produits de vente près et un endroit qui a fait notre lave-linge pour un grand prix. L'hôtel dispose d'une petite piscine sur le toit et il n'était jamais occupé pendant que nous l'appréciions. L'hôtel a été très bien placé, mais nous avons apprécié de prendre les escaliers circulaires.

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

I recently stayed at The Lot Boutique in the Miraflores area of Lima, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe and nice area, just a 10-minute walk from the seashore. The room was big, clean, and well-appointed, with air conditioning and a smart TV. The freshly cooked breakfast was a nice touch. Although most of the staff do not speak English, communication was not an issue as we could use google translate. The staffs were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when Cusco Airport was closed, and we needed to call for ticket refunds. I highly recommend The Lot Boutique to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lima.

hôtel à proximité de la plage, des boutiques et des restaurants. Notre chambre a trois lits de pleine taille, une petite table et deux chaises, une machine à café Nespresso, sacs de thé et un mini-frigo. Caisse de dépôt dans un énorme armoire. TV et bon WiFi. Les chambres sont très confortables et les feuilles et les coussins de première classe. Le petit déjeuner était adéquat et il y a de l'eau chaude avec des sacs de thé et une gamme de sacs de thé disponible tout le temps. Passage à pied aux boutiques et aux restaurants, mais pas au milieu de tout le bruit !
