Avis : Imperial Palace Hotel

First time visit Miri. This hotel Very clean and reasonable price. Strategic location and convenient to restaurant.

Welcoming and polite receptionist, however, card key seems to have a bit of problem , need Time to Go to reset ! Also back door was locked, causing inconvinence to eat out at the local stall Just behind the hotel :)

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Receptionists were friendly, service were good. However hotel design is old and lift area are far from the room. Inconvience to guest. Amenities were poor and need to get improve.

Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience, the hotel is within close proximity to eateries and nice food outlets.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service, room, and buffet breakfast were definitely worth the price. My only preference would be a shower instead of a bathtub for added convenience.

The hotel staff were very welcoming! One of the staff opened the entrance door for us, and the check-in process was smooth with the receptionist answering all our questions kindly. The hotel furnishings were decent, though the building does show its age a little. Parking was convenient as well,  just take a ticket, get it validated at the front desk, and you can exit free of charge. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The only minor downside was that the marble bathroom floor felt quite cold without slippers, but overall it was still a pleasant stay!

Nice place, nice and helpful staffs, convenience location. I have try hotel food and facilities. Will try them out in the next visit.

Visited and stayed for an event at night - everything was great for the stay except one complaint. The door card access is pretty old, i’ve gotten stuck outside my own room for at least 3 times! Had to either ask my family in another room to call the reception to send help or had to go down to lobby to reset the card. This happened not just to me but other rooms too.

Booked for family. Location is many dinning options nearby. Friendly staffs. Air-con very cold.

The room is spacious and very tidy. Bed is comfortable after hard day of work. Aircond a little too cold. Water pressure is good. Whole hotel is welcoming. Breakfast has adequate choice. Recommended hitel for anyone going to Miti
