Avis : JR Kyushu Hotel Miyazaki

Très bien. Emplacement idéal car il touche la gare. 3 convenient store à côté. Receptionniste tres souriante et agréable. Chambre tres propre. Restes 2 nuits et apres la 1ere nuit ménage pas fait. Seulement les poubelles videes et serviettes changées. Le lit n as pas été fait. Mais ce n est pas grave Je recommande l hôtel

Absolute convenient location, 1 minute walk to bus stop and train station, nice services and spacious room.

During my stay, I asked the manager, Kazuyuki, if I could receive an additional room key card. His response was simply, "No!" While there may have been a language barrier, I found the reply abrupt and unprofessional. A more customer-oriented response would have been something along the lines of, "I'm sorry, but our policy is to provide one key card per guest." As this is a major hotel chain, I would expect staff to make an effort to communicate policies in a courteous and welcoming manner, even if that requires using a translation tool. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome rather than valued as a guest. I also felt that the manager's appearance and grooming did not reflect the professional standards or upscale atmosphere that the hotel otherwise strives to maintain. It's disappointing because the rest of my stay was generally pleasant. In fact, this was my second time booking this hotel. However, due to this experience with customer service, I do not plan to stay here again.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Strategy location,train and bus station just downstairs the hotel and hotel lobby located at floor 8. Just opposite AMU shopping mall, easy to find food. Hotel itself very clean and new, big room feel comfortable.

Location is just next to JR station. And have the Onsen facility in the room! Nearby have Izakaya restaurant 👍🏻

Everything was reasonably good but the hotel did not provide any bottled water when after we requested for them. Which is a bit unreasonable and caused a bit of inconvenience as we had to go out to buy them.

Breakfast was good and location was awesome to be literally 2min walking distance to the shopping malls and food! The breakfast spread was also yummy and wide! Would recommend.

Good location, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, however room service was clumsy, moved the night stand and didnt move it back to place. Didn't regularly provide towels on the door knob if do not disturb sign was up, had to ask every day.

We stayed for 2 nights, excellent location & amenities. Room was spacious, clean and very modern. USB ports available next to bed, fully functional room. Bed and pillows were soft & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent; both qualities and selection. Paid car parking just behind hotel, at reasonable flat rate per nite. We love to use the JR hotels, the hotels are always at strategic location and highly rated.

Super convenient hotel just right next to the Miyazaki station. Had a room with nice view, will recommend!
