Avis : Arctic Friends Home International Youth Hostel

I really liked my stay there - I chose a Kang room and it was really warm and cozy. The location is great - right in the middle of 北极村. They also offer shared rides to places that are farther away which was super convenient. There's also a restaurant on site which is perfect if you don't want to go outside when it gets too cold :) It was also a great place to meet people and explore together. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Especially 叶子 - she even gave us ice cream, fruit and a local snack to try and was so friendly. I'm glad I got to spend some time there. 谢谢 ：）

Respite the hotel name containing the word international there is nothing international about this property as they were completely overwhelmed with our arrival. The first thing they did was drive us off to the police as they didn't know how to do the registration for foreigners. The rooms are good and well maintained and we got a delicious complimentary berry juice in the morning. The heating worked well and it was nice and warm inside the room. The location is superb and everything is within walking distance. The negative thing is that we needed some help during our stay and the reception area is always empty. The owners are impossible to find. Do not expect a single word of English to be spoken at this property. A lovely cat is around and is an admirable animal. Overall a good stay and I would stay again in the future. Good value!

I have been in China for a long time and this is the first time I met this kind of behavior. The neutral: - Location: 500m to the bus station, not directly in the hustle, good if you like it quiet - Room: room is big and has chairs + table - Sightseeing: if you are solo traveller, they have three fixed routes which you can car share for a decent price The questionable: - Room: the room is quite cold (due to being too big for their heating system), bathroom is small and cleaning is to be improved (at least remove the dead mosquitos from the wall). - Time: Bring time if you want to do their tours or eat there. Waiting times of an hour to be expected. - Communication: If you need something, you have to contact them several times. If they need something from you, they answer directly. - Do NOT trust them to buy tickets for you. The one to the Christmas Village was not valid anymore and the bus ticket was the wrong one. Luckily, I was able to change it in the morning (me asking them to make sure to buy the right ticket and the bus station workers telling me they even suggested the right bus left a sour aftertaste) - Emotional manipulation to get a 5 star review. It's normal in China to ask for a good review after a stay, but not over 10 times during your stay. Services are always given with a: “for a good review” attitude. For example: I asked in the afternoon whether I could get a ride to the bus station the next morning as I have seen many other guests get one - answer: no. In the late evening, the boss contacted me saying they will send me to the bus station. But guess what: only to remind me in the morning that I should give a 5 star review, almost making me write it in front of her. A good review is to be earned and not to be bought, improve your service instead of harassing your customers. Would not stay again.

Had an exceptional experience! The hostel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everyone here were warm and friendly, especially the lady’s boss always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere at the hostel was fantastic. It had a vibrant and welcoming vibe, perfect for meeting fellow travelers and making new friends. The common areas were cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent trip drivers. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay.

The location is good, which having walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The hospitality of the hostel is good, 叶姐and the staff providing good information for everything. Not to mentioned the driver that i booked with the hostel, 许师父 is very friendly, and accompany me along the trip as I'm solo traveller. During check in, they upgraded my room to Dong Bei specialty type, which is kind of an experience since I'm here at Dong Bei.. Overall staying experience is awesome, and will visit this hostel again if coming to Mohe.

酒店是摩旅之家，感覺老闆應該很熱情，果然。賓館離最北郵局，車站，村中心3百米，房間很乾凈，店主小夥子人很熱情，我們火車六點多到漠河早晨八點半就到北極村了，老闆及時安排了房間，專門送我們兩早餐，另外餐廳收拾的異常乾淨，小鹹菜非常可口。非常滿意，會介紹朋友過來。

民宿在北極村13號停車點附近，叫車非常方便，晚上也非常安靜。民宿前台的小妹妹和老闆娘人很好，有求必應，給做了房型升級。民宿是驢友中心，也是一家青旅，但條件非常不錯，下午的陽光照進房間非常治癒。很有幸在畢業旅行中遇見這家民宿，非常棒。

在北極村這個整個環境都臟亂差的地方能住到這樣的民宿已經算是不錯的了，民宿服務不錯送了我們免費的早餐，有兩小瓶瓶裝水，設施陳舊了些衞生還説的過去，北極村這個地進村就要收費，車還不能進村衹能停在村外的停車場，座景區的觀光車北線還有的玩，南線都是收費項目，一個被炒作起商業化景區，去一次夠了。

房間乾淨整潔，安靜，店家服務熱情，賓至如歸。是一家性價比很高的地方，推薦！

旅舍離最北郵局比較近，走路幾分鐘。自己有餐廳，吃飯可以直接點餐。前台很熱情。房間裏沒有電熱水壺，可以在大廳裏接水喝。

住了好幾天，很不錯，吃住方便，飯菜可口，酒店位置很便利，值得推介！誇誇前台的小夥子很熱情，服務到位！點贊

很温暖的一家店，店裡工作人員很熱情，很棒的一家店，房間乾淨，老闆娘給我升級了火炕入住，好暖啊，附上照片，嘿嘿，還趕上了黑龍江開江，很不錯啊

很幸運這次選擇了驢友之家，房間很大，一進房間就感到很暖和，房間裏面也很乾凈，老闆在衞生這一塊做的很好。老闆人也很熱情，入住送藍莓果汁，有什麼問題問老闆也會及時解答，會告訴你周邊哪些飯店吃飯好吃。旅店裡麪也很有氛圍，牆上貼滿了驢友們的照片。
