Ma commande comprend le dîner le jour de l'enregistrement et le brunch du lendemain. Le dîner est bon. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été pris. Parlons déjeuner. L'heure d'arrivée à l'hôtel commence à 13h00 et l'heure de départ est à 10h00 le lendemain. Mon déjeuner. Juste être ”corrompu”, y a-t-il un remboursement? L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, baignade dans la cour, singes, lézards, toutes sortes d'oiseaux... très proche de la plage, très agréable la nuit. Le service n'est pas mauvais. Il est interdit de porter des shorts pour manger et de changer de pantalon pour la chambre. Il est compréhensible d'être gentleman. Le matin, vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil sur l'océan Indien, bravo ! La pièce est pleine de prises britanniques, seule la salle de bain a une prise chinoise à deux trous, il est recommandé d'apporter votre propre prise de conversion.

En effet, ce fût l'un de nos plus beau séjour en all inclusive en famille. Nous y étions du 13 au 26 aout 2023. Cet hôtel est tourné vers les familles évidemment. Notre garçon de 2 ans et notre fille de 5 ans ont vraiment apprécié. Les animateurs sont excellents et souriants. Le site est très bien et très propre. Contrairement à certaines critiques que j'ai lu, je n'ai pas vu de taches de rouille sur les équipements et il n'y avait rien de brisé. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Les rares moments ou nous avons constaté des bris, aussitôt que l'on en faisait par au service à la clientèle, le problème était réglé rapidement. Le personnel est super gentil, serviable et compétant. Le service est rapide, Je n'ai jamais senti que l'on me poussait à donner du pourboire. Soyez généreux avec eux, Parlez-leurs un peu, appelez-les par leur prénom et montrez-leur un peu de gratitude, ils le méritent tellement. La nourriture était très bonne. Belle chambre et très propre. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Les hommes de ménage ont fait un bon travail. Le seul bémol est l'absence d'un ATM dans le resort pour retirer de l'argent. Merci encore à toute l'équipe du prideinn flamingo pour ces superbes vacances. Nous en garderons d'excellents souvenirs et il y a de fortes chances que nous retournions dans le futur pour notre prochain voyage, Réception Personnel courtois, Sécurité bienveillante. Chambre Belle chambre très spacieuse avec SdB complète? ménage fait tous les jours. Piscines Grande piscine pour toute la famille et piscine pour enfant sécurisé en permanence que nos enfants ont adoré Plage Belle plage qui n'est en revanche pas totalement privé, et donc il faut s'accommoder des beachs boys commerçants souvent présents. A noter qu'ils n'insistent pas quand on est pas intéressé. Animation Animation pour petits et grands durant la journée et le soir. Repas Buffet très diversifié et avec des changements tous les jours. En conclusion Bel hôtel familial, Le personnel le plus gentil du monde. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

IInvitéJ'ai fait un voyage et mon régime n'a jamais été hébergé comme le Chef de Pastry Boniface l'a fait. Pastry Chef Boniface était vraiment heureux de veiller à ce que tous mes repas répondaient à mes besoins. Il a parfois livré personnellement mes déserts et quelques repas quand il avait un minute. Je retournerai toujours à cet hôtel pendant que je suis à Mombasa. Chef Boniface 🙌🙌🙌🤛🤛🤛👌👌👌👌. Kudos! Vous représentez l'hôtel de plage des voyageurs très bien.

IInvitéGreat hotel with amazing service from most of the staff. All except one staff member delivered top quality customer care ensuring my visit was special , especially Judy & Pamela. All the food served was tasty and a good range of local and international dishes. The pool was kept very clean every day and the temperature was ideal to cool down after a hot day in Mombasa. I will be back 🇰🇪

Le quartier est un peu schématique, mais les gens étaient gentils, de vastes repas de rue, un couple de bars équitables, pas une destination, mais suffisant si vous avez besoin d'un endroit bon marché pour rester.

DDanLa location est calme. Une plus vieille installation, quelque peu à la baisse, mais propre et ordonnée. Cela suggèrerait un peu plus d'attention à la beauté des terrains, à la plaquette et à la peinture à la porte. Le personnel était ami et réaliste. La chambre était confortable. A/C fonctionnant bien. La douche a apporté de l'eau chaude. Nous avons eu un service de chambre chaque jour avec des serviettes et des bouteilles d'eau frais. La télévision était belle mais pas une télévision à internet. Wi-Fi était un peu spot et lente. La chambre a ouvert jusqu'à un beau patio qui a regardé la piscine. La maison est partagée avec une autre chambre.
La piscine est bien entretenue et la zone de piscine est agréable.

'Just wonderful' Just returned from a fortnight in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it' The accommodation its self is a least on par with many european resort hotels,it is immaculately clean.The staff are very friendly, even more so if you tip.If you are on a tight budget sign for your drinks and pay at the end of your holiday.The food is good with a superb English breakfast every morning(you really dont need lunch)the evening meal was sometmes a little disappointing(nothing wrong with the quality just the variety) , i am quite a fussy eater . The soups were always excellent,however.The head chef was very helpful, when i caught a large kingfish ,he had it cooked for the whole hotel.The hotel has a nice pool which is great for cooling off in, and the sun bathing area is well designed with coconut palms filtering out a little of the heat in the breeze(just too hot to lie in other wise ). Dont be afraid to book your trips of the beach boys the, rep will tell you scare stories to ensure your business, but we booked a 3 day two night safari through Harrison at a substaintail saving (Chico is a top bloke too}and we were delighted with the whole thing. we paid £160 each one night voi lodge tsavo east , one night ngalia lodge tsavo west.The rep wanted £210 for same trip. If you are interested in doing some deep sea fishing ,i must recommend John and Ken Rodwell, they are based in Mtapwa creek.The hotel should be able to get a number for you, if not ask the beach boys for charlie brown and he will sort it out for you. I had a exceptional days fishing with 12kg kingfish 23.5kg sailfish and 60kg black marlin.At the time of writing the boat cost £240 per day so you might want to get three buddies to share the cost. By the way i never go to the same place twice on holiday, but i will be coming back here to this hotel next year, nuff said !

Nous avons commandé le poulet grillé et attendu plus d'une heure pour qu'il arrive, et quand il était sec, le poulet sur cuisson était comme la mastication sur un chaussure en caoutchouc. Les gens qui ont des problèmes de musique sont des gens qui ont des problèmes de musique. Nous avons demandé si le volume de la musique pouvait être réduit un peu mais notre demande a été ignorée par le DJ. Donc je donnerais à ce lieu une note de 0 étoiles parce qu'il était terrible.

IInvitéIve stayed for 7nights at Sai rock and tonsay the most, it was not what i expected. I come to msa every 6 weeks for work and stay in average hotels on B/B and enjoy the service. What i chooose to give feedback on; Not worth the money we paid for Wifi that doea not work. Like seriously, isnt that the bare minimum a hotel can offer WIFI? couldnt use my laptop for a whole week cz wifi couldnt work in the room. So i came back with soo much workload that i could have done then. So INCONVINIENCE!! Breakfast was always cold. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel so i was taking breakfast daily at round 7-7:30 latest except my last Day. And it was always cold. i mean how bad can it get surely. Some day even the tea was cold i never complained cz i was too tired already so i went served tamarind juice which i dont. Im a chai person but aarrgghh House keeping- water at the hotel is too salty i mean its just extra salty IDK why. So 2 consecutive days they dont replace the shower gel cz i prefer it to the soap since il lathers easily so 3rd day i write a note saying “please replace shower gel today you havent done so past 2 days” guess what -whoever he/she is comes cleans, picks the note and adds the soaps. No shower gel day 3. On 4th day is when i found 2 again. But again, i was too tired to complain cz thats just nonsense! Ironbox - Its good for a hotel to know that its the little things. I borrow an ironbox by calling the reception at around 7 the lady said it will be brought to the room. I wait and since i was getting late for work i decide to go get it. At the reception ahw says housekeeping hajafika wakifika wataleta. I mean im getting late my friend so i waitnfor housekeeping? I had a white shirt to iron so i waited. Few min its brought to the room and i take out like 5garments that needed ironing and ironed. Here is where its at. 25min ironing someone knocks my door a gentleman “dada waweza kuwa umemalozia pasi”.OMG!!! I honestly asked him does this hotel have one ironbox really? The worst that could haopen is i leave it in the room instead of handling Over at the reception but housekeeping would have come and found it jameni🤦♀️ The guy had to stand and wait till i finiah ironing and take the ironbox with him. But that was pathetic really inconvinience. First i wait to get it then someone stands out to waitnfor me to finish? HYGiene- bathroom walls were dirty not scrubbed at all. Also im back with a loss since housekeeping decided to throw away all my ETR receipts of my expenditure that i had well placed in a drawer. That drawer had a paper written the wifi password and also a box for my face soap and that was left untouched. I had these stack of receipts i folded and kept there to be re imbursed by accounts later. Around 6k worth of receips ive lost the money cz someone thought i missed the bin below the table and my shallow brain did not know what it was 🤦♀️doing placing them nicely folded im a drawer.
