Nice view. The room is very clean and large enough for a couple.

The small hotel is located at the end of Mondello but within walking distance from the main square. It feels very homey and we had a great room (8) located as a dependence off the pool area. The gardens are great and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Service was helpful, kind, genuine and impeccable — staff gave us many useful tips about Mondello and Palermo. Will surely be back!

We spent 8 nights at this lovely hotel and found it absolutely perfect. The room was brilliant with a balcony and hot tub that I can’t imagine being bettered. The facilities, including the breakfast room, the pool and both the downstairs and rooftop outdoor areas were ideally set up and immaculately maintained throughout our stay. This was all great but the staff made the whole stay even better. They were amongst the nicest and most helpful we’ve come across at our many hotel stays around Europe and the world. Credit to everyone involved.

This hotel was gorgeous from the room and lobby inside to the rooftop and pool outside. The garden is super relaxing for breakfast or chilling. A great and relaxing way to end 3 weeks of travelling in Italy. Food by the pool was great we tried different things on the menu and drinks were good as well. Have the caponata it was AMAZING. Everybody that worked there was super helpful and nice from planning a tour to private transfers and restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was very good different everyday but always fresh fruits and juices and Italian basics. The location is walking distance from restaurants, bars and the main piazza. Also walking distance to lidos on the beach and 25 minute drive from Palermo airport and about 15-20 minutes from the city centre. The area itself is not the cleanest (nothing to do with the hotel) but once you enter the hotel grounds it is like a sanctuary. A few suggestions according to the price per night but nothing that affected our stay in a major way: - I had to go inside to get someone to order lunch maybe someone should pass more often around the pool. Often after eating it would take over 1 hour for someone to pick up empty glasses and plates from around the pool. - They mentioned drinks for aperitivo on the rooftop, we went 3 times and there was nobody behind the bar to order drinks so we left. The view is beautiful so if they would organize and push the aperitivo at the hotel I think it would be a great addition to everyone’s stay. - We asked for an adapter because we forgot ours at the last hotel and they didn’t have. I just feel like every hotel should have a universal adapter for travellers to borrow if need be. If we ever visit Mondello again I would definitely come back to this hotel.

My husband and I spent 3 relaxing days at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is all so lovely and accommodating. The rooms are very well appointed and meticulously clean. We had room 4 with it's own little terrace and jacuzzi and what a beautiful view! I highly recommend this hotel and thank you to the entire staff!

If you’re interested in traveling to the western side of Sicily, Mondello and its quiet streets are a must-see! However, staying at this hotel made the experience even better. The location along the water, the helpful staff, and the delicious breakfast made my stay outside Palermo top-notch. The staff members were always accommodating and very helpful, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Modern, Clean, Friendly, Artsy... and with a great Breakfast ! Flew into Palermo on an afternoon flight and made this our first stop to start a roundtrip of sicily. We stayed in Room 8 which has view of Pool and Sea.
