Hôtels proches de Gran Logia de la Masonería del Uruguay, Montevideo

L'hôtel est incroyablement propre et semble très nouveau (il est en fait 1.5 ans). La chambre (salles 510 et 410) était spacieuse, propre et très bien décorée. La pression de l'eau de douche était incroyable et les lits très confortables! Mais la meilleure partie de cet hôtel est le personnel ! J'ai réservé 2 chambres pour 2 nuits séparées et Andres au bureau frontal nous a fait facile et nous a gardés dans la même chambre. Vanessa, Maximillian et le gentleman travaillant avec Andres ont fait une tour à Punta del Este que nous n'avons pas été possibles, possibles. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide! Je ne chercherai jamais un autre hôtel pour mon prochain séjour à Montevideo. Je ne resterai que à l'hôtel Costanero! Ils ont été au-dessus et au-delà et l'emplacement à la plage est parfait!

Nous nous accueillons dans Pocitos Plaza. Excellent hôtel! Service exceptionnel et très confortable et avec service sans réclamation. Petit-déjeuner très délicieux, en relief le jus d'orange. Et le soir, vous servez un délicieux café de l'après-midi. Des fonctionnaires très bien éduqués et très exigeants.

Hotel em excelente localização e com ótima infraestrutura. Café da manhã muito bom, bem como limpeza do quarto, serviço da camareira e o atendimento dos funcionários. Aliás, vale a pena se hospedar em London Palace pela prestatividade de seus colaboradores que vai desde os atendentes da recepção até a educada senhora que a noite aqueceu minha janta. Somado a isso, o fato da garagem ser no próprio hotel e termos acesso ao carro de forma.rapida e fácil, inclusive na chegada que já podemos colocar direto na garagem e fazer o check in. Hotel nota 10.

Amplias habitaciones con amplios ventanales, excelente atención, muy bien ubicado ( a una cuadara del shoping Punta carretas y 4/5 cuadras del río. y gran desayuno. La entrada al estacionamiento es un poco incómoda y no hay lugar para todos los huéspedes.

I stayed 3 nights in the so called double standard room. My room was on the 6th floor overlooking the street. I enjoyed my stay at Own Montevideo. The room had a nice modern setup with a plenty of storage space, switches/power outlets in all the right places, many lighting fixtures. I could open windows and get a fresh air. The A/C worked fine. Wi-Fi was fine as well. The bathroom was of a decent size, with the separation between the sink and the toilet/shower. There was a window next to the bathroom sink, with a plenty of light coming in. Everything was in decent shape and looked clean. I found the small shelf was missing in the shower but it didn’t bother me much. Noise level was average. Nothing super loud that bothered me. The breakfast was adequate, with friendly personnel. One thing to know is that you have to specifically ask for coffee/tea and it will be brought to you. Everyone from the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. I walked to Pocitos/Montevideo sign and back. Everything is a short Uber ride away, with a plenty of Uber cars available. Uber ride to Buquebus terminal for direct ferry to BA at the morning took around 15 minutes. If you arrive at MVD airport without a lot of luggage, you can take DM1 bus at the front of the terminal (84 pesos as of November 2022), get off at the last stop and walk ahead for 2 minutes and you are right there at the hotel door. Very convenient. All in all, everything was good, as it seems like everything else in Montevideo. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and am giving it 5 stars review. I certainly recommend it.

Leur personnel n'est pas bien formé et a ruiné notre séjour à Montevideo, ne gaspillez pas votre argent ici il y a beaucoup d'hôtels meilleurs et moins chers disponibles. 1) L'hôtel a perdu notre réservation et nous l'a accusé, nous a fait attendre 30 minutes à la réception à 10 h à la nuit pour notre chambre 2) La fenêtre de notre chambre a été brisée, nous les avons informés le matin et quand nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel cette soirée nous avons été informés. ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre et elle était légèrement réglée mais ils la répareraient demain (aucune offre de compensation ou de pardon) 3. Le personnel de réception ignorait à maintes reprises nos appels téléphoniques lorsque nous essayions de clarifier le compte de la chambre (J'ai appelé à 15 minutes à intervalles d'une heure, il était évident qu'ils n'avaient pas pris notre chambre) - jamais dans tous les hôtels que j'ai séjourné dans le monde ont été régulièrement ignorés par le personnel de réception une appel de chambre, c'est le pire service possible 4. Ils ont essayé de nous charger plus que ce que nous avions initialement convenu pour notre chambre à check-out et nous ont presque fait perdre notre vol que j'ai séjourné dans des hôtels partout en Amérique du Sud et c'était le plus mauvais service que j'ai jamais reçu - faites-vous un favori et sauvez-vous La tête du personnel mal formé et réserver un autre hôtel.

The hotel staff is great. The rooms are huge but need renovation. My bath tube had problems with water drainage. Taking a shower while the water reached my ankle. Not pleasant. The breakfast is fair enough. But had another issue. I asked for a fried egg and the waitress denied. “No more eggs”. A few minutes later a local guest asked and got it on a plate. As I questioned the double standard there was no understandable answer. Sad experience. At night the street are very dark around the hotel and there are plenty homeless people.

This hotel is ideally located to walk to the central (shopping) and old historic parts of the city. It is also a short walk from the coastal ”rambla”cycle and promenade. Reasonably priced restaurant / bar and breakfast service - comes with 22% discount if you pay with a non-Uruguayan credit card (as do all restaurant in Uruguay). We had nice big room on an upper floor with views over the Rio de la Plata and the sunset (but only top floor rooms have balcony - you can access the rooftop terrace but there is not much there other than the view). Reception very helpful in organizing visits, taxis and bike hire (these are available on site). Only slight criticism was location of air conditioning in large rooms meant we didn't benefit from it in the sleeping area and, during a very hot spell, this was a problem. Would recommend staying here.

We had no problems with the hotel, its location or cleanliness. However, we were double charged for our room back in March 2022 and 7 months later have still not received a refund. Upon check in the girl charged our credit card the incorrect amount for our booking. When I pointed out the error, she recharged my credit card in the correct amount and said she would issue a credit once she asked someone who knew how to process it. Shortly after we were issued a credit and given the appropriate slips indicating the 2 charges and the credit charges to my card. When we arrived home I noticed 2 charges from the hotel on my credit card statement but no credit. For some reason the credit has never processed to my credit card. Up on closer inspection of the credit slip I noticed it says INCORRECTO at the bottom and therefore never got processed. I have sent numerous emails trying contact someone at the hotel since this booking trying to get my $463.50 USD refund; and no one will return my emails or my phone calls. I even had the booking agency contact the hotel (***********) and they still will not correct this matter. This is not a big hotel (it has 21 rooms) and at the time of our stay it had very few bookings so reconciling this matter should not be a problem. I wonder if they make a practice of doing this type of thing??
