My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the public areas were clean and attractive, and our room was also very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

spent two months there just now because of the war and never got a thank you from anybody at the front once and two days ago they said if I didn’t pay them right away for the next couple of nights I could pack my bags and leave…awful treatment…stay away

I have been a loyal customer and stayed at Marriott Tverskaya many times during the last ten years, but it really reached its lowest point. In the past I have written good reviews, as despite the ageing interiors the rooms were clean and the personnel was friendly. During my last trip I had a horrible experience at this hotel- there was a strong smell of cigarette's smoke coming from the venting shaft in the bathroom. It was so strong that all the towels quickly became smelly and the smell spread around the bedroom where my child was sleeping. I went to the reception desk to ask what was going on as clearly someone was smoking in the bathroom of the neighboring room. I was told that the guests should smoke outside, but often they smoke in their rooms and there is nothing the hotel can do to stop them. I asked about the SMOKE DETECTORS and was told that they are DISABLED as otherwise the smoke alarms would go off every night. I was shocked to say the least! The hotel doesn't care about the fire safety! Next morning I had to cut my stay short, checked-out and moved to another hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until it revisits its smoking and fire safety policy.

This hotel is not recommended at all. They used my card without authorisation after my stay claiming that I have used their mini bar and I have not. Dispite that using my personal card without authorization is not acceptable and is punishable by law. This is a disgrace and this hotel does not worth to be called a mariott neither with service or professionalism.

Был 16.06 , в связи с обстоятельствами выехал ранее положенного , сказали возврат через неделю сделают 🫤😳, но ладно почему нет , но уже прошла и неделя и больше , звоню говорят пишите письма 🤦♂️, не ужели такой огромный отель такая компания тормозит эти копейки там сорок тысяч кажется , 😅, и портит из за мелочи репутацию , мне смешно .
