Piccolo hotel vicino la metro barricadnaya. Camere piccole ma ben curate e pulite. Personale molto gentile e disponibilissimo a qualunque ora, molto utile e modo il fatto che usino molto whatsapp. Non ho provato la colazione. Prezzi assolutamente contenuti. Nel complesso consigliatissimo

Отель выбирала не я, а муж - это был сюрприз. Он ориентировался на 4 звезды и отзывы, но ощущение, что они накрученные. Нам не понравилось. Отель не тянет на заявленный уровень. Мы заплатили за одну ночь 11 тысяч, что получили: крошечный номер без двери в ванную. Одно окно (второй этаж) разбито снаружи. Из окна в ванной ЖУТКО дует, оно криво заклеено малярным скотчем. Нет держателя для душевой лейки. Телевизор по размеру шире стола, на котором стоит с наклоном, боялись, что он может упасть. У пульта от телевизора нет крышки для батареек. В номере не было ни бутылки воды, ни стаканов, ничего! Зато кофемашина есть - без чашек. Мы попросили бутылку воды по чату с ресепшеном (телефона в номере нет). Нам несли ее 20 минут. Принесли без стаканов, горничная сразу убежала. Бутылка воды была просто как графин с крышкой, не заводская и не запечатана. Откуда вода, неизвестно. Попросили стаканы. Нам их несли 40 (!!!) минут! С двумя напоминаниями! Это как вообще? Слышимость в отеле очень сильная, но ночью шума не было. Из плюсов - на телевизоре подключены подписки на стриминговые сервисы. В целом ощущение недоделанности, непродуманности, неухоженности. При выезде девушка даже не спросила, понравилось ли нам. При заселении рассказали про круглосуточный бар, в итоге он не работал. Ресторан при отеле понравился.
