Stayed three times as excellent and good value for money. - Very clean - large rooms - Generally customer service was good. - Staff very really friendly (especially those at reception) and would also go help you beyond expectation - gorgeous views of mount lavinia beach and its turquoise waters - nice view of the colombo skyline further ahead - breakfast excellent - rooms and bathroom felt like a 5 star hotel but for a very low price.

I have just been to this facility for a full body massage and the experience I had was terrible. I booked over the phone but when I arrived, the manager was trying to find where my booking was and who I am. They had mixed up my booking with another client who had booked with me with similar name. The manager spoke to me to clarify who I was. The hospital wanted me to come to the hotel but the people in the hotel did not have a clue. They don't have a proper system to follow up clients. They charged me more than what I was told on the phone and when I questioned they said because the room was air conditioned and better facility they need to charge more. When I went in to the spa room facility it was 31 degrees in temperature and full of sunlight in to the room. Attached are photos as proof. After my treatment I complained about it but they never even offered an apology or compensation for facilities that they couldn't uphold. Instead they said to write my issues to their management. Treatment itself was good but since the overall experience was extremely bad and it was definitely not value for money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. You would rather pay a bit more and go somewhere else like Spa Ceylon in Mount Lavinia.

This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. Let me start with the good parts.... Our room, 709 was a large suite. It had two toilet rooms and lovely views of the Colombo skyline in one direction and of the sea looking the other direction. Depending on why you are staying at this hotel, it's location on the main road, a hike from the beach, may or may not be a good thing. For us, it was a good location. Staff was generally helpful, when they were available. Our room cleaning guy was great. Often around and always pleasant. We were at the hotel in May. Perhaps this was a particularly low visitor time of year. The place was pretty dead. And, there were times that it was difficult, if not impossible, for us to find any staff. There was never any real food available, that we saw. The one time we were ready and free to use the roof top swimming pool, on Saturday afternoon, seems to have been when they decided to chlorinate the pool. So, we were disappointed that we couldn't use it. The most disappointing (and perhaps the only really disappointing) thing about our stay at Anarva Mount Lavinia was the antiquated Wi-Fi system that was totally inadequate for most anything. It was a real frustration and seems to be quite inexcusable in 2023.

The cleaners of this hotel surprised me. Feel very welcome. Lift landing areas elegantly done.the 3 room types are well decorated very zen and spacious. Easy access from the main road. Roof top bar and pool. Great combination. Staffing very discreet and attention Value for money

Very cozy and sea view room. Loved the pool on the roof top. Staff was very friendly and humble especially Mr.***an. Enjoyed the stay to the maximum. Will recommend the place to my friends and family.

Номер хороший, панорамные окна, хоть и на город, очень удобная кровать, было очень комфортно. Неплохой континентальный завтрак, бассейн на крыше с видом на море. Свой генератор, проблем с электричеством нет. Приятный персонал, хорошая уборка Не понравилось: Высокая влажность в номере, кондиционер встроенный, не справляется, более того не поддается регулированию. В ванной сильный запах канализации. WiFi медленный по талонам с лимитом в 512 мегабайт в день. Завтрак в номер это плохая идея, тебя постоянно будят или ты вынужден сидеть его ждать если проснулся раньше. На функцию "фитнес" можете не смотреть, там 4-5 кардио тренажеров и 1 блочный с турником
