I loved saying here. The homestay is located within the scenic area. It can be hard to navigate the area if you’re coming here for the first time. I got dropped off at a station after I showed the driver the address and walked uphill for 20-30 minutes before I was able to find the homestay. I recommend getting in touch with the homestay beforehand to arrange a pickup from the bus point since buses don’t drop you all the way to the homestay. There is free service for pick up and drop off to/from the bus station. The food here was spectacular - simple and delicious. The people who work here are super considerate and welcoming. The homestay also partners with Wudang Taoist Academy which I later found out so I might be back to participate in one of the programs later on however if you are traveling to Wudang and also looking for classes in Tai Chi from well established instructors, this is definitely the place to be. The person who runs it is well-connected and can help you out with whatever you need. I was mostly communicating via WeChat which translated English-Chinese and vice versa easily. If you want to explore other areas within Wudang, you most definitely will be needing the shuttle bus. I am very satisfied with my stay and will return if I get an opportunity.

The mountain hotel is excellently located, just a few meters from the Wudang shuttle bus stop. The room was very well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is traditional Chinese style, so Western guests might initially hesitate, but there are plenty of tasty options. I enjoyed dumplings, hard-boiled eggs, soup, and hot soy milk (at least that’s what I think it was). The hotel also has a café that serves really good cheesecake. On my last day, I requested a late checkout and they granted it without any problem. I highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring the magnificent temples of the Wudang Mountains.

La chambre est très propre, deux adultes et deux enfants peuvent dormir dans les deux lits, et c'est très calme la nuit. L'hôtel peut vous proposer un petit-déjeuner gratuit, et un service personnalisé est assuré en fonction du nombre de chambres que vous avez le matin. on peut aussi se rendre sur le quai de l'hôtel pour assister au lever du soleil. Le service est très chaleureux ! La nourriture est également disponible à l'hôtel. De plus, l'hôtel dispose d'une succursale au téléphérique de Qiongtai. Vous pouvez d'abord déposer vos bagages à la succursale, puis vous rendre à Jinding, puis récupérer vos bagages à votre descente.

Une expérience très inoubliable et rare! L'environnement est super beau, et rien que de le regarder, les gens se sentent à l'aise. Le plus heureux, c'est qu'il y a des chats et des chiens ici, et il y a un chat qui est particulièrement proche de moi. J'ai eu le plaisir ultime de mon sommeil pendant deux nuits. Le chauffage au sol, la climatisation et le chauffage ainsi que le chauffage des matelas sont tous disponibles. L'eau chaude est grande et chaleureuse. La disposition des pièces est belle et conviviale. Le bain de gong sera quelque chose que je n'oublierai jamais ! Allongé sur le sol, relaxant partout et me sentant heureux physiquement et mentalement, le son du gong est comme une musique céleste, apaisante et apaisante. Le test que Maître Yuanyuan nous a fait était très précis. J'ai été surpris. Elle était très sérieuse et attentive lorsqu'elle discutait avec nous. On peut voir qu'elle est très sincère dans son traitement des gens. Les partenaires du manoir sont tous très aimants et chaleureux. Ils sont très tolérants envers nous et nous apportent toujours leur aide. Nous sommes très heureux ! J'espère que tout le monde pourra vivre une telle expérience !

Globalement bon, bonnes critiques. L'emplacement est en face du point de navette en bas de la montagne, et il faut quelques minutes pour revenir du pied de la montagne au point de dépose à Nanyan. La chambre est propre et bien rangée, avec un balcon et un étendoir à linge. La chambre est légèrement sombre, orientée au nord, mais pas face à la route, elle est donc calme. Le petit-déjeuner commence à 7h30. Il est un peu moins varié et il n'y a pas de lait de soja, de lait et de fruits, mais il est recommandé de le préparer plus tôt pour permettre aux clients de gravir la montagne le matin. . La principale raison de rester sur la montagne est de monter la montagne tôt. Le prix des plats est un peu cher, mais le goût est bon et la quantité est suffisante.

If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

Comme nous avions choisi de séjourner en montagne, nous devions nous y préparer mentalement. Globalement, certains aspects ont dépassé nos attentes, mais d'autres sont perfectibles. Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est idéal : juste en face du parking de Nanyan, visible depuis la maison d'hôtes. Ensuite, comme toute maison d'hôtes de montagne, elle offre les commodités de base, même si elles sont assez simples. Mais à la montagne, l'essentiel est d'avoir un endroit où dormir, pas de rechercher le confort. En hiver, pas de souci pour le froid : la climatisation est très efficace, ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, la salle de bain est minuscule et l'espace pour la douche extrêmement restreint. Il est donc conseillé à ceux qui choisissent d'y séjourner en été ou pendant les saisons où une douche est indispensable d'en tenir compte. Concernant le service : le deuxième jour, j'ai demandé au propriétaire s'il fournissait de l'eau en bouteille, et il m'a répondu qu'il n'y en avait que deux par chambre. Quand je suis tombée à court de papier toilette et que j'ai demandé un autre rouleau, on m'en a fourni un, mais on m'a demandé si j'étais déjà venue la veille (pensaient-ils que le papier avait manqué trop vite ?). Pendant le dîner, à la table voisine, on a demandé un nouveau bol, mais comme il y avait beaucoup de monde et que le restaurant était presque plein, on nous a répondu qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Je ne sais pas si c'était parce que seul un grand-père âgé s'occupait du service à ce moment-là, mais les deux jeunes gens (probablement le couple de propriétaires) étaient très polis et enthousiastes à chaque fois que nous les croisions, répondant à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup d'attention. J'imagine que les problèmes mentionnés ci-dessus auraient été mieux gérés par les jeunes propriétaires. Quoi qu'il en soit, l'excursion au mont Wudang était très intéressante. Comme nous logions dans une maison d'hôtes en montagne, nous devions bien gérer notre séjour, conformément à nos attentes. Dans l'ensemble, c'était donc satisfaisant. Je souhaite également à la maison d'hôtes beaucoup de succès et une bonne année !

Très bel hôtel. Voyager hors saison hivernale. Emplacement : Situé dans la zone panoramique de Nanyan, il n'est pas nécessaire d'acheter à nouveau des billets pour la montagne Wudang. Il faut environ 40 minutes pour prendre le bus gratuit jusqu'au site pittoresque et descendre à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est construit sur la montagne et le paysage enneigé est très beau depuis la plate-forme panoramique. Équipements : toilettes intelligentes, peignoirs et chaussons sont relativement complets. Le tatami dispose d'un équipement de chauffage électrique. L'hôtel est équipé d'une machine à laver, mais elle n'est pas utilisée en hiver car les conduites d'eau sont gelées. Santé : La situation sanitaire est très bonne. J'ai l'habitude de vérifier les sanitaires y compris la bouilloire lors de mon check-in. Passe avec moi. Environnement : A l'intérieur du site pittoresque, pas grand chose à dire Service : Parce que je suis allé directement à la montagne Wudang sans aucun guide. La gouvernante a donné de nombreux conseils. De nombreux conseils sont également très pratiques. Nous avons eu droit à du thé et à des amulettes. Pour ce qui est de manger, on nous a présenté un restaurant à côté. Au début, je me méfiais, mais le restaurant qu'ils nous ont présenté était en effet très abordable. Dans l’ensemble, la consommation dans la zone panoramique des montagnes Wudang était bien inférieure à ce à quoi je m’attendais, peut-être parce que je voyageais hors saison. (Bien sûr, la montagne est certainement un peu plus chère que Shiyan, mais c'est probablement la moins chère que j'ai jamais vue dans les sites pittoresques du pays.)

Mon séjour au Yunye Tent Resort Hotel, dans la vallée de Lingxi, au pied du mont Wudang, fut une merveilleuse surprise ! L'endroit alliait à la perfection nature sauvage et confort raffiné. Niché au pied du mont Wudang, dans la vallée de Lingxi, l'hôtel offrait une vue imprenable dès l'arrivée, donnant l'impression de pénétrer dans un havre de paix en pleine nature. Partout, des montagnes verdoyantes et des eaux cristallines s'offraient à notre regard, et l'air embaumait le parfum frais de l'herbe et des arbres. Notre tente d'observation des étoiles était absolument magique. Le soir, nous pouvions nous allonger et contempler les étoiles à travers le puits de lumière, et nous réveiller au chant des oiseaux. En ouvrant le rideau, la brume matinale enveloppait la vallée – une sensation d'immersion totale en pleine nature. Les tentes étaient parfaitement équipées, avec climatisation et eau chaude. La literie était si confortable que je n'avais aucune envie de quitter mon lit. Il y avait même une petite terrasse avec des chaises en rotin et une table. Préparer une théière en écoutant le murmure du ruisseau était un pur moment de bonheur. La cuisine était également exceptionnelle, avec des légumes sauvages locaux et une soupe au poulet fermier – fraîche et savoureuse. Dîner en terrasse le soir, bercé par la brise de la montagne et contemplant le panorama montagneux au loin, fut un pur délice. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable, et nous a même conseillé des sentiers de randonnée à proximité. L'expérience fut fantastique. Si vous cherchez à fuir le tumulte de la ville, c'est l'endroit idéal, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

My stay at Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel was overall quite satisfactory. 📍 Location: The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of town, surrounded by an abundance of dining options. Additionally, it's conveniently just a 5-minute stroll to the entrance of Wudang Mountain, making it perfect for explorers. 🏨 Room: While the room was a tad compact for my liking, it was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. 🚽 Facilities: One highlight was the modern and impeccably clean toilet facilities. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options. I engaged one and was pleased with the service provided. In conclusion, Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, albeit with some minor drawbacks. With a little improvement in certain areas, it has the potential to be an even more inviting accommodation choice.
