入住後，發現有一個鼠標位置不正，上面還有一點油漬，我自己擦乾淨了，之後這台機子屏幕顯示不出來，就打電話聯繫了前台，前台叫師傅來看，後面換了一個顯示器就能開了，之後這台機子，玩黑神話閃退重啟兩次，另一台機子無故退出界面還需要重新認證一次，又給前台打電話，前台説叫人來看，叫了一個年輕的小夥子來看，真的就衹是看看，看了兩眼，然後叫我們重新再玩一下。。。玩了遊戲進度又不保存，再退出來搞我心態啊，拒絕了這個請求之後這位帥哥就去前台拿了另一個房間的房卡給我們換房，然後就把原房卡拔了之後轉身就走了，我黑燈瞎火的打手電筒收拾東西，到了新房間門口發現新房卡根本就沒有制卡，打不開門，又重新制卡，換了新房間之後就好了。下午兩點入住的，到四點才開始正常玩遊戲，全程沒有工作人員抱歉過，好像無所謂一樣，拍拍屁股就了事，員工積極性底下，建議好好培訓
