The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

This is definitely a five star hotel by international standard. The location is convenient and the reception was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the room is complete and the size of the room is extremely suitable for a family of three. The breakfast is surprising international and the selections are of a full varieties of both local and international cuisine. A place to be at whenever you're within the vicinity.

Hilton Golmud was a comfortable and welcome stop during our long journey through Qinghai. As a halfway point between destinations, it provided a much-needed opportunity to rest and recharge. The hotel feels more like a business hotel, with comfortable rooms and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. One thing worth noting is that if you plan to dine at the Chinese restaurant, it is best to make a reservation in advance. We walked in without a reservation and found that many dishes were no longer available. However, the restaurant team was very accommodating and kindly prepared several dishes using the ingredients they still had on hand. We were grateful for their effort and hospitality. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for travelers passing through Golmud.

Stayed here for a night to cover Chaka Lake next day. Most people take a hotel in Chaka Village for the same purpose. Nothing special about the hotel. Smooth checkin, facilities are decent for overnight stay at such a remote area of China. Breakfast is mostly Chinese food but they do have bread slices, jam and coffee. Toaster was not working on that day, however, manager was kind enough to get it toasted. For some reason, they provide plastic cups in the rooms rather than a proper coffee or tea cup.

The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. There was even an oxygen diffuser in the room, which was perfect for someone like me who is prone to altitude sickness. I slept very well and didn't experience any symptoms at all. The hotel also gave me a welcome gift—yak milk yogurt. It was excellent, and it was my first time trying it. What impressed me the most was the bathroom. The toilet was fully automatic with a built-in bidet, so I hardly needed to use toilet paper. If I visit Chaka again in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The towels provided were damp, and the replacement towels were also damp. The hotel explained that they do not have a dryer capable of fully drying laundered items, which appears to be the reason the towels were not completely dry.

Bien occupé, il n'a pas été arrogant de nous, il a fait un séjour rapide, il a envoyé des fruits, il a rappelé que le séjour était attentif, l'entretien des installations de la chambre était également bon, il a été recommandé que l'hôtel soit équipé d'un robot.

Santé: Si l'hôtel est amiable avec les animaux de compagnie, l'assainissement n'est pas problématique, car les cheveux du chien sont fines. Si il peut laisser le chien entrer, il est absolument impossible de nettoyer après le départ. Installations : la chambre est ouverte pour voir le lac de la mer. Service: l'attitude du service est superbe. Le personnel peut aider à fixer les billets de l'agence de voyage, c'est très pratique. Environnement: Il y a un tel bon hôtel à la porte de la zone de vue. J'espère que l'hôtel ami des animaux de compagnie sera toujours en pleine expansion. J'espère que les éleveurs s'occuperont de leurs animaux de compagnie, traiter les bétails, faire un bon chien, ne laissez pas les animaux de compagnie passer par le chemin de la sortie.
