L'appartement ressemble exactement à la façon dont il a été annoncé par le propriétaire. L'appartement est très confortable et dispose d'une vue très belle de la mer. Il est également disponible avec un bain. Le propriétaire est très gentil: il descend nous chercher et nous aider à transporter les bagages. Il offre également l'utilisation gratuite de la voiture. Il offre également de nettoyer l'appartement le lendemain, ce que la plupart d'Airbnb ne le fait pas. Il a également préparé un complot de compagnie pour nous qui est très gentil avec lui. Il reviendrait certainement 😊

We visited the place in a low season so not sure how different the experience would be if the island and the hotel would be full of visitors. The hotel is managed properly and it is well maintained and kept clean. The facilities are well organized and fixtures and decoration well planned and if high standard. Parking is not with high capacity but properly designed for safety and charging points are available for EV cars. Accessibility to some rooms through the dinning area is a bit awkward and the same rooms may have poor privacy with their windows next to the pool/garden area. We stayed in a two bedrooms pool family room - well appointed with good design. View from the room and the external veranda was stunning, while privacy even on the covered pool balcony is secured. Fixtures and amenities of high standard. Room service was limited to few western dishes but overall good enough to be available! Very happy to have selection of pour over coffee! Breakfast was ok - can be improved in terms of quality & standard - no needed extra variety. Overall happily with the stay - price was on the high side.

去南澳島之前選擇住宿，一直十分糾結是民宿還是酒店，最後決定選擇酒店，因為有標準化的服務質量，對比過幾間酒店後選擇了這間，之前還十分忐忑，但住進來之後發現這個選擇完全正確✅ 我們6人是訂了兩個不同的房型，通過微信號公眾號聯絡酒店，説出了我們一些要求，酒店貼心地幫我們把其中一個房型升級了，人未到先有服務了👍👍 到達之後，酒店的地理位置十分好，周邊餐飲，娛樂，沙灘齊全，酒店也能望到部分海景，外觀設計十分不錯，最重要泳池是一個真能游泳的泳池😉 酒店所有的軟硬件設施都相當新，酒店的服務人員非常有禮貌，見到你都會主動打招呼，你需要的諮詢和服務都能充份配合，有一個小插曲，因為我游泳錯過了早餐時間，通過微信公眾號聯繫，他們還特意為我留了一份早餐，這種服務簡直匹配 5 星級了，這次選擇了這個酒店相當滿意😊😊😊

Our stay at Nan'ao Linjia Scenic Apartment was truly wonderful! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach and close to local attractions and dining spots. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We were especially impressed by the scenic view from our room, it was absolutely stunning and made each morning feel like a postcard moment. The environment around the apartment was peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Nan'ao Island. Everything was top-notch!

夯爆了真的！這個價格跟這個民宿比真的性價比拉滿了，實物竟然比這個圖片好很多，你們做宣傳的會不會拍照😅四個人好朋友一起住的，三個房間四張床住的超爽，裝修也是很年輕化的，床也很舒服軟軟的，沙發和床的靠墊是一個材質，説不上來但是反正就是很舒服，陽台超大，我們住的山景的，竟然也能看到一些海，四天三晚才兩千多又能看山又能看海真的超級滿意，而且下樓就是北迴歸線廣場，整個青澳灣衹有一家的KFC也就在樓下，還有蜜雪冰城羅森啥的，住的這幾天就全靠這幾家店續命的因為不是很愛吃海鮮，真的是出來玩最滿意的一家

Inconvénient majeur : la buanderie est incroyablement bruyante. Quatre machines à laver et sèche-linge fonctionnent à plein régime toute la nuit, et la lumière près de la porte sonne constamment. Ces deux bruits sont particulièrement gênants dans un environnement calme, ce qui rend le sommeil impossible. Points positifs : l’endroit est agréable, le propriétaire est très serviable, il nous a offert du lait et nous a d’abord proposé des écouteurs, ce que j’ai trouvé attentionné, mais il s’est avéré que c’était uniquement pour atténuer le bruit. La buanderie est censée être éteinte après minuit, et comme nous n’avons généralement pas beaucoup de linge à laver à court terme, la laisser allumée toute la nuit rend les écouteurs inutiles. Ce serait une chose en temps normal, mais le principal problème est que cela coûte plus de 700 yuans la nuit et qu’on ne dort pas bien ; les autres services supplémentaires ne sont qu’un dernier recours.

La chambre est propre, mais un peu de bruit de la rue, comme je me suis fait dans une chambre à côté de la route au 3ème niveau. La cuisine locale est très bien servie au petit déjeuner. Service de personnel de l'hôtel est également OK

La chambre est très propre, l'environnement est très bon, surtout la salle de scène de la mer que nous avons réservée. Mais il y a besoin de réparer. La pression de la chambre est très faible! Après le chauffage, l'eau chaude devient l'eau froide, puis l'eau est restée sans eau quelques secondes plus tard, mais cette situation a toujours été répétée 😢. L'hiver doit être froide. Il y a un petit bassin de bain dans la chambre, et nous laissons l'eau pendant une heure et nous laissons les pieds. Et la chambre est très claire.

這次入住還有個意外收穫，酒店門口碰到一衹本地小貓，特別親人，蹲門口陪我們玩了好一會兒。管家説是這裏的 ”常駐居民”，大家都認識它。就沖這份生活氣息，我就喜歡上這地方了。房間本身也不錯，乾淨，奶油風温馨，每間房都有陽台。坐在陽台上看海很舒服。晚上在後宅散步，感受本地人生活，比景區純遊客的氛圍舒服多了。下次來還要看看那衹貓還在不在。
