Very nice comfert hotel n nice staff It's nearby international airport, it's food is delicious, it's a economy budget hotel with pleasant staff with full comfort n nice room,clean toilet n bathroom..I recommend the hotel....

Really Bad! unprofessional and disgusting behaviour by the front desk guy who had zero ***ners and experience on how to talk with guests. Their behaviour was very hostile and cold like as if we are staying at your 2 star hotel for free. Improve your ***nerism if you are thinking to survive since there are better 2 start to 3 star hotels. Not recommended.

Staff at the reception need to learn some etiquette. I'm sharing his experience after two visits at a difference of atleast a month..so I'm sure it is a consistent behaviour . Infact it wasn't just me I noticed that kind of attitude with other guests as well . Most of them don't seem to know much information and the buck is passed on to a person who isn't mostly available. Assurances are provided that hey would gt back but that never happens. There are ***y good hotels around .. this place is better avoided

I was looking for a place to stay in Mumbai before I catch an early morning flight. My criteria was value for money, economical and near to T2 terminal. Thanks to Agoda for suggesting Hotel Jyoti Dwelling. This hotel ticked every criteria on my list. Located just 10-15 mins from T2, this hotel offers great connectivity to the rest of the city. The hotel is clean,hygienic and has the courteous staff. They have an in house restaurant and gym. Room was spacious, well maintained with all modern amenities. Bathroom was also clean and hygienic. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Overall my 12 hrs stay at this hotel was wonderful. I would definitely consider this hotel for my future visits in Mumbai.

I look forward to appreciate the service given by Mr Pranyth and Mr Raunak ***** with Ms Mahima for coordinating our event KYC so very well !!!! It wouldn' hve been possible without their absolute support given all the times required. Thankyou again for ms Urvashi from guest relations with Sneha and ***si to have taken care of our guests so gracefully and patiently . Really happy with the service and absolute support throughout .

I stayed at Jyoti Dwelling for 3 days with my partner and we felt very welcomed thanks to Mr. Vikas Sachdeva (Director). We chose this Hotel because it was very close to the airport, barely 7 minutes by car. The Hotel was very clean, all staff was very polite and following Covid procedures, I'm from Europe and I was really impressed about the international level they have in this hotel. Food was amazing and everything was sent to the room and nicely packed due to Corona. This Hotel has 4.8 rating and indeed it deserves it. I would recommend anyone who comes to Mumbai to stay at Jyoti Dwelling as my experience was truly wonderful. Thank you once more
