The location is perfect..in front of hotel is shuttle bus 190/191 that can bring u from n to munich ost n near to marientplatz, the breakfast is AWESOME. We really love it, i n my husband n boy love it. The room is clean and has kettle for hot water. Eveything is perfect and if we come back to munich, we will booking this hotel again

The breakfast is very good. Hotel's location is very near MRT station. We take around 5 to 8 minutes can get the supermarket from hotel. However, the hair dryer is not in every room.

Modern design. Comfy beds and comfortable bathrooms. Nice breakfast. Quiet location, walking distance to Berg Am Laim station. However, the carpet was stained. And the shampoo & body wash could be of better quality.

1. Inception check-in 2 women! Our eyes met, but the two of us talked without saying hello, and when I asked to check in, they said they didn't understand what I was saying. My English may be poor, but the two of them looked me up and down and laughed, which was so unpleasant. Isn't it a place for travelers? If you're going to be so unkind, only accept Germans to do business with.
2. The rooms are very dirty. The first room was so dirty that I asked the inception woman to change the room, so she told me to come to the inception and hung up. Even if you change the room, there is no difference. Those who said the room was clean, I'm curious about the room.
3. It takes more than 30 minutes by transportation from the center of Central Station. There are not many buses to the accommodation, and it was scary to walk away when using other transportation.
4. I never thought I would hear 'Ching-Chang-Chong' while eating breakfast... I experienced the rudeness of the Germans. I really had my worst experience in Germany at this hotel. Thank you. For making me not want to come to Germany again.

The room is modern, clean and pretty. Very comfortable to stay in. There’re many facilities and the lobby is nice. Staffs were nice.
