Très mauvais service n'y allez pas

check-in was so easy, and check-out even easier, hardly had to deal with any paperwork, only downside was that the sliding door doesn’t cover the shower area and the toilet area at the same time, and it’s a little far from most things, but it’s near some of the nicer art museums if that’s your speed 💗

The hotel was located near subway. Easier to go everywhere. The staffs were friendly and helpful as well.

The system of check in to the hotel is easy. The metro station is near the hotel which maybe need to walk about 3 mins.

This hotel room is fine at cleanness and shower. But the main gate close at 10pm, and requires passcode afterwards. I stood outside the gate tried dozens times, but it didn't work at all. I had to get in with other guests. Apparently i was the choosen one, it didnt work in my case. I confirm i tried the correct code. The next day I talked to the receptionist, and I was told, this issue exists for quite a while, that sometimes the passcode doesnt get sensor, but their tech team can not resolve it. I can not imagine how difficult it could be for such big group B&B to change a sensor or a tech guy. So I will never choose this brand again. I appreciate the customer service of Trip.com offered. It's always best in the industry.

Nice place

Şimdiye kadar birçok ülkede her türlü otelde iş ve kişisel olarak konaklamalar yaptım, ancak bu kadar kötü organizasyonu ve acemi personelleri olan bir otel hiç görmedim. Normal bir pansiyon veya evde kalın çok daha iyi. Verilen para tamamıyla çöpe atılmış oluyor.

Otelin konumu mükemmel ancak imkanlar çok kötü. Odalarda su dahi yok. Bedeli ne ise yansıtılarak 2 şişe su konulabilir en azından. Resepsiyon ve oda hizmetleri kesinlikle sıfır. Hiçbir muhatap bulamıyorsunuz. Odalarda hiç bir şey olmamasına rağmen lobideki otomatta içecekler bitiyor ve takviye edilmiyor. Mesela maç akşamı sıfır içecek ile otelde mahsur kaldık resmen.

前台特搞笑，明知道我住兩晚，非要讓先激活一晚的卡，然後讓你第二天下來再激活一下。搞得第二天下來激活的時候，另外一個前台以為我要退房呢，解釋完她都很疑惑這情況

Schneller und freundlicher Check In. Sauberkeit top und gute Lage direkt am Olympiapark.

Wir waren auf dem Konzert "Night of the proms" und habe zu viert je zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht. Es war alles okay

酒店服務很熱情，房間很大很乾凈，但空調效果一般，總體非常好

超出預期，商超方便，前台小哥非常supportive

環境與衞生還可以。服務自助。
