Great place and amazing location . Easy to roam around . Staffs are great

The location is great. It is near the central station with walkable distance. The room is a bit small for 4 people tho.

Sweet little hotel, friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast and a nice communal area. My room was small but clean, comfortable and fulfilled all my needs. Only single duvets available throughout the hotel, and smart tv didn’t work, are the only small gripes.

Very good experience. Everything is good. Service was nice.

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants that open till late hours. Steps away from the hop on bus start point, if you are in Munchen for a short visit. Right next to the train station, local and international trains. Shopping area right across the road. Perfect for a short or long visit. Receptionists are what you look for, friendly and helpful. Very much recommend.

Great location just 5 minutes walk from main station. Also 5 minutes walk across the road to the square and church Very helpful and welcoming reception/staff Hand wash and shower gel were refilled bottles 👍🏽 I'd have liked a kettle in the room but otherwise, a great stay thank you 😊

The room is a little small but the hotel is Clean and very well located.

因為住過薩爾斯堡的cocoon 所以來到慕尼黑依舊選擇入住 有好有壞，比起薩爾斯堡房間較大 馬桶與淋浴是分開來的還獨立兩間 這點我是蠻喜歡的但玻璃設計會小尷尬 而以整體細緻度來說是薩爾斯堡的較佳 像公共空間來說薩爾斯堡全面開著冷氣 而且是有營業的餐飲 櫃檯有免費蘋果拿、 玻璃瓶裝水與氣泡水 這裡就什麼都要錢～ 行李寄放區是有另外做櫃體上鎖的 這邊的行李寄放區就較為陽春一點 而且慕尼黑這區域感覺比較多怪人 外出自己多注意安全～ 其他也沒什麼好嫌，比上不足比下有餘

Habe das Frühstück gebucht, da ich in der App den Preis von 9.90€ gesehen habe, bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass das Frühstück für zwei Personen 19.80€ kostet. Auf der Abrechnung habe ich dann erst gesehen, dass mir 33€ abgebucht wurden. Auch wenn mir an der Rezeption im Nachhinein gesagt wurde, dass es mit der Steuer zu tun hat, finde ich das durchaus irreführend. Mir wurde vor Ort gesagt es sei Pech und ich soll mich nochmal per E-Mail melden. Leider habe ich bis dato keine Antwort bekommen. Das ist kein guter Kundenservice.

위치는 뮌헨 관광지까지 조금만 걸으면 되서 아주 좋아요. 객실 컨디션도 깔끔하고 좋은데 샤워부스가 침대 바로 옆에 통유리로 되있어서 좀 난감했습니다. 객실에 냉장고도 없어요. 그리고 2박 했는데 첫날 들어오니 청소가 안되어있어서 좀 당황스러웠네요. 그래도 침구가 포근하고 친구 셋이 묵기에 괜찮은 방이었어요

我的施華洛世奇限量版耳機落在酒店枕頭下面忘了拿走，我一個小時後再回酒店尋找的時候告知我什麼都沒有，打掃房間的也沒撿到，那******，撿到東西不給，🌿🌿🌿
