An un-planned two-night stay here, necessitated by the temporary failure of Lufthansa, was a pleasant experience as the hotel offered a large and comfortable room with great heating and good (if older) ensuite amenities. It doesn't look like 'posh' hotel, but it was comfortable and the location is great for the Hbf rail station -and for one of the nightlife areas. It isn't a long walk from the old town either. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable.

Ouah. Le service était tout simplement incroyable. Nous avons voyagé avec un petit enfant. Le personnel a organisé un joli berceau pour notre bébé, du type pliable mais avec son propre coussin, ses draps et ses serviettes propres. Le design de l’hôtel est simple, notre chambre était super propre, ça sentait bon et il y avait une belle température chaude. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir séjourné ici et félicitons la direction et les employés pour leur service centré sur le client.

Il est très bon, mais suffisamment de questions pour couper une étoile. Beaucoup de bonnes choses - très propre, chambre moderne. Grand douche. Bonne éclairage. Bed confortable. Fantastique petit déjeuner, avec omelettes à commander. Tout type de lait que vous imaginiez (mais, bizarrement, nous ne pouvions pas trouver frais - celui que nous croyions était UHT!). Grand gym sur 14 étages. Internet fulmine rapide. Le personnel était ami et vous a accordé toute l'attention quand vous étiez avec eux. Questions. On a été très bien informé que le personnel de la ville était très bien informé. Lorsqu'un endroit est ce swish, check-in et check-out devrait être rapide et doux. Il n'était pas. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we had booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. Il faut une meilleure formation : au moins les hôtes attendants sont bienvenus et reconnaissent. Dans la chambre: pas d'accès au répertoire d'hôtel en ligne: la réception n'a pas vraiment compris le problème et a envoyé un échantillon à distance, puis peut-être supposé une question de logiciel. (Tip: il y a en fait deux ports USB - sur le dos de la télévision! Ils sont fiddly à atteindre mais il peut être fait, et ils chargent un téléphone toute la nuit).

Grand personnel, très ami, multilingue! Très propre, j'aime le petit déjeuner, fruits frais, oeufs goûtants, beaucoup de pain différent. J'aime aussi la salle de bain où je pourrais nettoyer mes vêtements. Je recommande chaleureusement l'hôtel Bento-Inn Munich. The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

The hotel is very modern and in a quiet neigborhood. The room was very clean and has aircondition and the beds were great as well. One odd thing, is the toiletdoor (which was a sliding door) would only cover up either the WC or the bath, which where separated. We arrived by car, and there is very easy access with elevator from the rooms or reception to the parking garage - which is 10€ per day by the way.

The place is nice as a family, has 2 rooms and a kitchen. But the sofa is basically unusable as it's so uncomfortable. The beds are way too soft and the mattress topper keeps sliding down and you have a lot less bed. Pillows are also very flimsy. Kitchen is ok. ”Sharp” knife and scissors don't cut. Washing machine but no place to hang clothes. NO HOOKS IN THE BATHROOMS. All your towels will stay crumbled somewhere. So much room for improvement and it wouldn't even cost that much.

Un grand hôtel anonyme de Munich. Des centaines de chambres identiques, propres et fonctionnelles. Une salle de bain de belle taille avec une douche très agréable. De l'eau chaude rapidement... Le personnel est très discret. Le checkin et le checkout se font devant un ordinateur ce qui donne un côté très impersonnel. Beaucoup d'activités possibles mais non testées. Wifi peu robuste.

IInvitéL'hôtel est situé à proximité de la station de tram Marsstraße ou bien la station de métro Hackerbrücke. Il est donc facilement accessible et se rejoint en 5 minutes depuis la gare centrale de la capitale bavaroise grâce aux transports en commun, très réguliers et fiables - même lors d'un départ de l'hôtel le dimanche à 6 heures du matin. Neuf et décoré avec goût, il comporte 6 étages ainsi qu'un parking en sous-sol. Un bar est ouvert sur la réception et propose des boissons ainsi qu'un certain nombre de produits italiens pour grignoter. Une vaste salle de restauration et sa terrasse ouverte complètent le tout à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Toute l'équipe est très professionnelle et souriante, avec un anglais impeccable. Ma chambre 622 était localisée au dernier étage, très calme, avec vue sur quelques immeubles de bureaux et permet d'apercevoir les Alpes par temps découvert. La chambre est de bonnes dimensions avec un grand lit, un canapé ainsi qu'un espace bureau pour travailler. Un minibar très fourni et un nécessaire de café/thé sont mis à disposition à proximité, ainsi qu'un coffre-fort et de grands placards de rangement avec table et fer à repasser. La salle de bain est très belle, avec une grande douche et un bel espace. Tous les produits nécessaires de toilette sont présents, depuis le gel douche jusqu'au shampooing en passant par un set de manucure et des petits savons. L'hôtel est doté d'une salle de fitness ainsi que d'un sauna au premier étage. Très peu fréquenté lors de mon séjour de 3 nuits, ils sont d'une propreté impeccable et extrêmement moderne. En bref, un séjour excellent depuis l'arrivée jusqu'au départ.

IInvitéWhile the hotel stay was comfortable and the rooms a nice and clean we found the front desk staff rude and unhelpful. From the start they have shown no courtesy, I called up the hotel from the station to inquire about the location and landmark and found the person speaking to me couldnt care less about giving directions. Then when we arrived there, there was no one at the front desk. Since there are two Holiday Inns adjacent to each other we were confused as to which one is ours and kept the cab waiting to check. Finally we had to let the cab go as not one was there to answer our query. After a long wait the lady manning the front desk finally emerged from the cabin and was very rude with us. She couldnt find our reservation, we had to panic call the booking.com customer service and incurred a huge mobile bill for the international call only so that we could confirm our booking. She insisted we had not paid for our rooms and we had to argue and show proof of payment. Any query we had about the hotel amenities or sightseeing were unhelpfully answered. The person who looks after the snacks corner was the only congenial and courteous person. The hotel is within walking distance of a train station and the bus stop is right outside the drive way, There are some good restaurants about 5- 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Lidl is a stones throw away so are a few other grocery stores. Once you get the hang of the place its pretty convenient. The only reason why the rating is average is because the hotel is good and the rooms were comfortable and neat. Otherwise only based on their customer service it would be poor.

We really love it, i n my husband n boy love it. The room is clean and has kettle for hot water. Eveything is perfect and if we come back to munich, we will booking this hotel again

- TOUT QUE LES VOUS répondre à chaque email (Malheureusement, les lettres parfois atterrissent dans un dossier de spam, un petit défaut)
- 24/7 Il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception prêt à aider (menton il n'est pas un hôtel de marque, mais une entreprise familiale), en veillant à ce qu'il n'y a pas de problèmes non résolus ou de besoins insatisfaits

- Bonus : Je suis arrivé bien avant l'heure de check-in et j'ai aussi vérifié un peu tard ; n'avais pas à dire un mot et aucun mot n'a été dit (ou appelé).
Location: un peu loin des gares de train et de métro.
Aménagements: une très grande piscine! Et une sauna, et une salle de sport. En bas, ces équipements sont dans un bâtiment voisin, donc si vous portez encore votre costume de natation, vous devez marcher sur un chemin de piéton pendant deux minutes comme ça. Mais il y a aussi des serrures, des douches et des serviettes fraîches, si vous préférez changer d'abord vos vêtements.
Conclusion : meilleure combinaison de prix, localisation, divertissement et qualité.

IInvitéJe vous ai réservé cette expérience sur la base d'une notation de 4+ tripadvisor. La chambre (au 5ème étage) n'avait pas de climatisation, pas de chauffage, la douche sur la baignoire n'était pas standard, la disposition de la chambre n'était pas bonne. En bref, il n'a pas été très similaire aux photos que l'hôtel utilise sur Booking.com. qui semblent être les chambres rénovées sur les étages 1 - 4. Sur le côté plus il était propre et le lit suffisamment confortable. Il n'y a pas de restaurants disponibles ce soir. Il y a, appelons-les, des clubs de nuit pour les hommes dans la zone immédiate, et je ne me sentais pas très sûr après l'obscurité, mais sur le côté plus il est proche de transporter des liaisons dans une très facile accès à la gare principale. En résumé, ce n'est pas le pire endroit que j'ai jamais été mais je ne recommanderais pas ou rester encore.

Il est très important de trouver un accès à la remise en forme de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Les chambres (qui ont été payées par ******* en octobre et ont deux fois reçu une confirmation écrite) ont été données à d'autres personnes. Il a refusé de faire quelque chose pour aider. Il va maintenant se désactiver et laisser est dans la réception avec aucun endroit pour dormir. Il a fallu 15 heures pour venir ici aujourd'hui à Heathrow, et c'est ainsi que ça a fini. pire expérience dans un hôtel EVER. Application : La réception nous a trouvé des chambres dans un hôtel sœur à 12:15am. À seulement 200 cents mètres, mais ils étaient certainement disponibles depuis notre arrivée à Munich? La chambre était ok et étaient toujours en mesure de prendre un petit déjeuner, qui était assez bon. Le chef de Belle Blue a pardonné et nous a donné une suite pour le reste de notre séjour, qui a été composée de deux chambres (une avec suite), une salle de douche et un salon avec espace de cuisine. Le petit déjeuner était très bon pour le continent et le personnel était ami et toujours propre. Il est à peu près à la gare de l'autobus et de la sous-sol, et il y a un fabuleux micro-brasserie/restaurant à côté de la porte.
