Good rooms and nice amenities. Beds could be a little bigger even for Single travelers

Me and my colleagues checked in late in the evening around 9:30 p.m. and were checked in very friendly and quickly by Ms. Ahmad. She checked in 4 people at the same time, ordered a taxi or looked after other guests, which shows how competent and hard-working the employee is. A big thank you to you. The breakfast is fantastic, only the staff is a bit moody

The staff and service is very good, small bar is nice and cheap...rooms and general appearance is dated...shower was not very good at all. For a short business trip and somewhere to stay it is fine but for a tourist / family / couple trip I would look elsewhere.

Comfortable and clean. Modern. Great spa area. Good staff. Location good to walk to city center and shopping area. Great breakfast buffet. Near Dach Cafe roof top bar which gives incredible views of the city. Very enjoyable. Our room had air conditioning but not all do. Ask for AC if it will be hot.

Very pretty, clean, friendly, mostly if not exclusively for business. Great breakfast (very German, i.e. some pastries and the rest is meat and cheese). Nice personnel. It only has one lift for 6 floors, if you need to leave on time take that into account.

We just spend several days here with our parents and toddler and were so impressed with this place. The staff were very attentive to details and we felt very at home. We really enjoyed starting our day with their breakfast buffet, always greeted by their staff. Our son even got a welcome packet and letter with a small gift when we arrived. The bed were super comfortable. And they always had a high chair available for us at meals. It's the little things that go such a long way and they knocked those out of the park. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Top wie immer, leider war das Wasser im Bad zu heiß und nur sehr schwierig zu regulieren und die Jever Deel war nicht geöffnet.

Mein Zimmer hatte leider keine Klima Anlage. Das war bei der Buchung leider nicht gut zu erkennen. die Lage ist aber dafür sehr gut.
