Excellent ambience, Excellent hospitality. Best staff, ms sneha was so kind and polite. Really had fun here. We were here from conference meeting from Punjab National bank. Totally great experience and will visit it soon.

Had a great stay at the place. It was better than expected. Weather was amazing. The views were outstanding and the food was extremely good as well. The service could not have gotten any better. Mamta and Aman specifically deserve a shoutout for taking care of our needs with outstanding service. Overall, a must visit!

Great place for family fun amidst natural beauty. Lot of things to spend time with family. Specially Heated pool and water quality is very good even for small kids. Food is awesome and evening high tea is an icing on the cake.would definitely visit again

Enjoyed a lot this beautiful property. Nice arrangements, Fine staff, Spraling property, Prompt service, To and fro service to your room is best. Fine linen, Amazing views Finger lickerig food Move around the property to either jog or stroll. Sakshi is well dressed , entire staff is on toes.enjoyed a lot

Perfect Property with excellent services and location is the USP. The terraces have beautiful valley views and clouds float til garden tables. The breakfast is at par with any five star breakfast with items like kimchi, sourdough, cheese platter, live Dosa stations, non-oily yummy parathas with local handmade butter. dinners were also crafted beautifully with the local lentils. Fresh handmade Kulcha's yummy sabji is like mushroom masala wide area of local deserts. The staff in the dining areas deserve a special mention, extremely polite and very fast service The staff in the lobby are not well knowledge about local excursions to give advice also not making enough efforts to help. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all amenities with private terrace

We recently visited Jaypee Manor in Mussoorie as a family, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was outstanding, from prompt room service to helpful local recommendations. The well-maintained rooms and picturesque setting made it a perfect retreat for our family. Highly recommended for a memorable family getaway in Mussoorie!

We had a wonderful experience. This was our fifth stay in this Resort. The best thing about this property is that it is surrounded with the nature and you can get a three sixty degree view of mussoorie and dehradun. This property is constructed on a separate hill not far away from mall road. The staff is excellent. They carry themselves well. they are courteous and polite. They are always ready to listen to your problem and try to provide a solution to your satisfaction. At the same time as a guest you also need to give them respect and appreciate what they do. The rooms are kept clean all the amenities in the room are up to matk. The recreation zone is an attraction for children and as well as for adults. It has bowling, pool, chess, table tennis, air hockey, badminton, golf, Basketball. The children can spend hours playing. They have swimming pool which is indoor and has a regulated temperature. The food is also relishing. The chefs are really good. Chef's will also customise based on your needs. Show overall it's win win deal. We. Must visit once here. Can opt for rooms in the regency tower or Valley view tower which is on a cheaper side. Few of the staff Vimal ji, Luv, Vishwas, praachi, Mohit, Saakshi, Aditya(Mgr.) were really helpful.
