Horrible service. They won’t even clean our room we’re here for a whole week and it’s disgusting. I shouldn’t have to pay $1800 for a room then go buy a vacuum and a mop to clean with. Also we’re expected to used the same 4 towels and 4 wash cloths all week for 6 people. Gross. Never again! Worst place ever!! Also big roaches crawling all threw the halls!!!

This is a big disappointment-all balconies shut off due to structure damaged yet they are still renting units. Pool dirty and furniture in need of updating. Beach still clean and not busy. Stayed in Unit 523 furnished from a local goodwill and in need of new linens that actually fit the beds. Paint chipping around tubs. Tired and worn.

Property is definitely older but everything works. Front desk very limited hours expect a lock box check in. Out bathroom shower was smaller than a cruise ship shower very tight quarters. Nice washer and dryer in the unit worked great. Overall would stay there again.

The only good thing about this place is the location. When we arrived we were made to wait till 4pm for the room to be ready. When we got to the room it was trashed and not cleaned at all. When I called they said housekeeping left for the day. We left and stayed somewhere else and they didn't refund my money. They promised to refund one night's stay and they didn't do that. Do not stay here. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

We already own a timeshare week at the Sands Beach Club Condos (the resort is a mix of timeshares & condos) and decided to add a week in January through RCI. The resort is somewhat isolated from other sections of North Myrtle Beach and feels less populated. The views of the beach & ocean from our 8th floor unit provided great sunrises & views of the surf. The staff was very helpful & friendly during check-in and their maintenance staff was very responsive in dealing with some issues we had during our stay. The indoor-outdoor pool and hot tub areas are well maintained - and we used the hot tub several times during our January week's stay. Our unit was quite large & comfortable - but it is showing some age & could use an upgrading in the future. We had a few stormy nights with heavy rain (causing a high tide & flood warning) which did not occur - as we watched the waves approach our building in the morning. Overall a great stay.

Older resort has some cosmetic issues, and needs some renovations but great location at the end of the road with no through traffic. Love falling asleep listening to the waves. Great beach location. Everything was working in unit. Washer dryer and hair dryer. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Dishwasher and enough dishes although some are not matching.

Very happy with our stay here two nights. Clean - newly remodeled. Bed was very comfortable. I didn’t get photos but got a video of the room. We are doing a road trip and have stayed in several hotels and this was the best. Clean staff very friendly. Convenient to everything needed by walking.

was not what I was use to from RCI, the kitchen could have had more dishes. cup and glass's. the frig could have used a good cleaning inside and outside the outside of the dishwasher looked like it had not been cleaned at all. the lighting in living area and bedrooms was very poor
