Terrible cleanliness. Stayed here for 2 days, the room has cockroaches, we killed 10 of those in the span of days, asked for a change of room but the front desk told us it’s full. The bed sheet is grey and dirty, we have to request house keeping to change it. Water pressure is good. Staff are friendly. That’s the only 2 good thing for this hotel. The room and facility is really old and need a major overhaul.

Fuss free stay. Close the BCS and A2 food court. Nearby street food and mixue.

Decent hotel for the price. Rooms are big. Only setback is pretty old. All else are good.

I recently stayed at BCC Hotel with my family and had a delightful experience. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere, attentive staff, and diverse amenities, including a pool and play area, made it an ideal choice for a family vacation. The on-site dining options offered a variety of delicious meals suitable for all ages. Overall, BCC Hotel exceeded our expectations, creating wonderful memories for our family.

Very bad not really our type just i night stay only can.. breakfst for disable have issue .. need to take stair,i paid extra.. overall disappointed.. they worst our laundries They make us paid more!!really bad service

Sorry to say, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed. We reached earlier at 11am but was told by reception we can only check in 2pm because it’s not ready. Understood and we went out to have our shopping and massaging. Reached back at 2pm and was told my room was not ready again.. I waited till 430pm before I checked into my own room!!! And that was because I kept rushing them for a room to rest… Upon checking in, the bedsheets was greyish which looks like it wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom towels still have many yellow stains(looks like curry stains). Super turned off and gross! Shower area was dirty and the whole shower floor was flooded when we did our showering.. Other than good location with many eateries surrounding it, I wouldn’t suggest u to book this hotel unless ur ok with what I’ve mentioned. Btw I was charged additional 100k rupiah for checking out late by 30 mins! (I got my room 2.5 hours later than expected) Oh ya. Other than convenient location, One more plus point, the hotel views are pretty good. That’s all!

Service is good, efficient and prompt. Gave a new room when i extended my stay and a higher floor. But, I guess the housekeeping team failed to replenish the toilettries, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper. However, I guess am unlucky that particular day, as there was several intermittent black out!! But it re-energize back to normal within 30 secs!!. Buffet breakfast is wide spread. Very convenient walking distance to shopping mall, massage centres and the famous a2 foodcourt centre. Getting Grab back to ferry terminal is easy and fast

Front desk not a service provider and out of the 2 rooms one of (room no 1819) the Aircon was not cold and the room was hot and warm and we did told the maintenance team were we meet them in lift about aircon and they said they took the room no and will carry out accordingly but we came back from dinner nothing was done . Middle of night we can't sleep due room was very warm and we call front desk about the aircon and saying that they will sent the maintenance team.they arrived and did repair but this makes us inconvenience and disturb our sleep. Further more I went down to the front desk to ask for exchange for another room but the reply was the hotel was fully booked and room available for replacement

Very spacious room. Everything is basic. Good location and good price. Breakfast is okay! Will stay again.

My parents love it as it was their 1st time they say they will return here again n the bf was good too

Hotel room very big. Condition is quite old. Pillow and mattress cover looks yellow and aged.

Big room with good city view, very lovely friendly staffs, will stay again, big pool to relax in the day

Room was spacious but hotel was a bit run down.Location was good A2 food court just beside the hotel.Overall quite a present stay.

Pillows are so old and smelly. Even though the pillow cases are clean you can still smell the stinky pillows. Toilet bowl cover in the common toilet of a 2 bedroom flat is so old and yellowish in colour and stinks. We will never come back to this hotel again.
