It was clean and spacious in the room.
Hall and lobby was warm though.
Location was very convenient.
Customer service is polite and good.
It was my second time stay so i am quite comfortable with it.

Nice clean and new hotel. Like the way they decorate the room walls, creative. Location is pretty decent as able to walk to market, shopping malls, spa, massage, etc. decent service.

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel.
Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place.
Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of malls and had great time shopping.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and bed comfort cannot be beat.
Service was Top Notch!
The staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
A big thank you to Fenti, Sarah and Laura for making our stay a memorable one.
Will definitely be back!

Love the location! About 5min away from Grand Batam Mall and a convenience store just opposite the hotel for your snack runs! There’s also local food available if you’re adventurous and a wet market nearby (for breakfast food!!)
It was a really great break from the city life. We also had the opportunity to see some fireworks at night. Great location and would recommend. Will be back!

Great location and it’s not too far from harbour bay terminal. Very close to the huge mall in Batam. Lots of food options. Room was v v clean and spacious. Nice breakfast but the pastry selection can be improved- croissant were too hard. The front desk & the rest of the staffs were lovely and friendly. However concierge area is v warm.

Hotel location is very near to 2 malls and A2 food court. Lots of massage places nearby and everywhere is within walking distance. Grab to/from Batam center is ard 39,000IDR. The staff are really friendly and buffet breakfast has lots of varieties. The only downside is the plastic slippers that doesn’t look new and too bad the rooftop bar was closed when we were there. With the price and location, it’s a very good deal!

This is my second time staying at this hotel after 1 year. The room still looks clean n new but the towel turns so dark n looks unclean! The tissue which is left there dunno put for how long got unpleasant smell! But after replenish new ones still ok. Overall still ok . Just that maybe next time need to bring disposable towels if u mind.
