Avis : Dormy Inn Premium Nagoya Sakae

wonder there are only 2 elevators for a 13-floor hotel, it’s a long waiting at anytime and it stops almost every floor which makes a in/out about 3-4 mins. The room air conditioner control is only japanese language, not a user friendly one. A 10/F window room but completely no view due blocked by an external cover, really didn’t expect it’s like a window room was nothing to see.

Close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast offers a wide variety of selections, and complimentary drinks are available. highly recommended.

Good location and staffs were great helpful, they can speak English very good. Near shopping mall, bus stop.

Location is perfect, facilities particular a nice indoor and outdoor onsen are so good. We also got very good services

We stayed a night and enjoyed this hotel. The bed was a bit small but the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work.

Great location. Loved the onsen and the free ice-cream and ramen given every day. Will surely book again the next time we go to Nagoya.

There was no cleaning service for our stay for 3 nights which was not specified on Trip.com website.  Did not expect that from a hotel, we could have booked another hotel if we know it.  Hotel is in a more quieter side of Sakae and a bit of walk to busier area.  Airport Limousine just across the street, that’s most convenient.

The staff are friendly, passionate, and professional. The hotel's location is very convenient; within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach various department stores and shopping malls. Japanese noodles, ice cream, and drinks are available at nighttime, which makes your stay more comfortable!

The hot springs on second floor not that big and quite busy, better check the status before you go

*Great Location, Comfortable Stay, but Small Onsen*  I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the shopping district, making it super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing experience. However, the onsen was quite small, and even late at night, around 11:30 PM, there was still a queue to enter. While the overall experience was enjoyable, a larger onsen area would make it ever better.

Very comfy bed, has fresh milk vending machine for after your bath which is 👍👍👍👍💯💯💯

The location was great. There is parking which is convenient and smooth The room is quite small but we are still able to open two big luggage in the room at the same time. But there are a number of hair here and there in the room.
