Belle surprise! un hôtel magnifique avec un service extraordinaire! merci artotel

Hormis la grande superficie, il n'y a rien d'autre qui soit digne d'éloges : la décoration est très ancienne, la literie a un parfum très désagréable utilisé pour camoufler les odeurs, les fenêtres sont scellées et ne peuvent pas être ouvertes pour aérer, et le climatiseur central qui a non nettoyé depuis de nombreuses années est étouffant. L'air sale donne aux gens l'impression d'être dans une chambre à gaz et ils ne peuvent pas bien se reposer toute la nuit. Le robinet de la douche contient une petite quantité d'eau, le mitigeur est corrodé et le bain est extrêmement inconfortable. Les taches sur le canapé sont insupportables à regarder. À mon arrivée le premier soir, après avoir pris une douche, j'ai constaté que l'hôtel avait oublié de mettre les serviettes et les serviettes de bain, ce qui montre la mauvaise gestion de l'hôtel. Bref, c'est très pauvre. une expérience

The room is spacious and the staff is very friendly too. However the hotel has a faint smell of smoke or old furniture. Overall it’s good!

Hotel location is good but the hotel smell like old wood and the toilet wasnt cleaned properly! breakfast was normal.

Stayed with husband for our honeymoon 2.0. Service was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is beautiful! They have a mini art museum close to the elevator and they have a variety of food restaurants in the hotel.

Very disappointed with the service. We requested a honeymoon setup (confirmed via app & phone), but upon arrival, there was no decoration and we were placed in a connecting room. Reported to CS but the response was unhelpful—decoration only came the next morning during breakfast, which ruined the moment. For a 5-star hotel, the service felt more like 3-star. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Only plus: central location and city view. Would not recommend, especially for special occasions.

The location is superb. We have stayed here previously and it is not renovated. Renovation is great except for the bath tub which has shrunk that barely a person can fit in  We also asked for ice but it was not sent to our room

Had a king room on 12th floor for 7 days. First impression of hotel was fair, corridor does smell musky/food. Room is big but certainly need some cleaning and maintenance. Stains on carpet, spills on cabinet, cob web on bathroom ceiling, shower drainage smells when shower is in use, shower hose water pressure is weak, housekeeping is not consistent of refilling amenities, often not complete. Air conditioning is extremely cold, in-room control does not have much effect on changing room ac temperature but to have it On/Off. 2 bottles of water are complimentary everyday, as well as one time welcome snacks.

It's good location near lippo mall and lotte mall (1km) All reception so nice and good communication!!

Room was clean, big and nice city view. Their staff were super friendly & helpful. The room and the bathroom is spacious. Unfortunately, the shower water split outside bathtub & cannot drained properly. Luckily hotel staff managed to clean the floor immediately.

Always stay in artotel whenever i go to jakarta. Big twin bed artsy room. Perfect location. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is relatively new, gives you excellent service and the facilities are great. On the day of arrival the hotel couldn’t offer me the room I initially booked and they upgraded me to another room directly. Facilities like the gym, pool, cafe and the restaurant meet the expectations of a 5 star hotel. Due to the location you often have to face traffic, but other than that it’s worth staying there. Good value for money.
