Nice location with high standard of Sotetsu brand !! Clean, nice staff, many amenities, self check-in & out is so comfortable. I reserved this room type with king bed size with more space than general. Please be aware thar almost hotel in JP is very tiny. So, This room size is over my expectation. Always choose the hotel of Sotetsu brand !!!!

connecting room, clean and tidy. very suitable for family. bed is comfortable. lots of daily necessities are provided at the lobby. the breakfast is limited choice but valuable.

Walking distance to Nagoya train station and good location … near to eateries and others … Room is good for 2…

Clean and comfortable stay. Room was a bit small but can’t complain at all for the price I paid. Make sure you check your hotel address as there are two Sotetsu Fresa Inns near Nagoya Station.

Room was comfortable but big luggages will take the whole walking space. Overall, great location as many food choices just downstairs with familymart and 7-11 on both sides.

Good location and nice experience!

It’s a hit and run hotel… good access to different areas as it’s close to Nagoya station. Found it a bit dusty which might be the various corners in the room that make the vacuum cleaner not reachable. Felt a bit weird to see no cover for the comforter.

Clean and new hotel. Just a few mins walk from the station. We had a connecting room which is perfect for family. Staff are polite and helpful. We shall definitely come back again next time.

Hotel is near the nagoya station. Room is clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable to sleep.

Found hair on bed when checked in but staff was helpful, and changed sheets efficiently. Room is slightly small for 2, luggages have to be placed upright at all times for walking space

Location excellent!! Breakfast is Mister Donuts but it’s decent and nice place. Overall a good choice

10 min walk from Nagoya station. Very convenient. Room is clean and nice as advertised.
