Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique, propre et bien rangé, les chambres sont chaleureuses et spacieuses, l'hôtel est très bien situé, les oreillers et les matelas sont très confortables, super ! Cet appartement est vraiment génial. À mon arrivée, la réception était très accueillante. Ils présentaient le restaurant et certains détails de l'appartement en détail. Ils étaient vraiment attentifs ! Cet endroit est à seulement 5 minutes de la sortie H du métro Sea World. Il est très proche lorsque vous sortez et revenez. Cela ne prend que quelques minutes pour faire du shopping à Sea World. Axe Olivia à la réception était très gentille et nous a même donné des parapluies quand il pleuvait. Je choisirai certainement cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Shenzhen.

La salle est grande et le service est bon. Les repas sont livrés à votre porte. J'aime particulièrement avoir une salle d'étude séparée.

L'appartement vient d'être rénové. Tout est neuf et relativement calme. Il convient à une famille pour voyager à Shenzhen, surtout avec des enfants ! L'aire de jeux en bas est plutôt sympa !

L'environnement est très bon ! ! Juste au pied de la montagne Nanshan, un endroit parfait pour passer un week-end à Shekou L'attitude du personnel de service est également très bonne. Ils peuvent m'aider pour tout et en temps opportun.

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

This is a very well managed service apartment situated right next to Sea World Square in Shekou Port. Pros: (1) Very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, etc. (2) Excellent location - subway station is right downstairs, and the bars and cafes of Sea World Square is 3 minutes walk away. (3) Very affordable for Western business travelers. Cons: (1) The Siemens laundry/dryer is tricky to operate and tends to remain locked after a cycle. You need to look online to figure how to release the lock mechanically. The business should consider replacing these Siemens or provide explicit explanation about this lock-up problem.

Located near exit H Seaworld station, surrounding by many shops, restaurant and malls. Near many international schools. A perfect location for expat. All the staffs and housekeepers are very nice and polite. The amenities are top notch. Definitely will go back again soon.

The hotel staff were amazing. We stayed 4 nights and was cleaned up very well every day. The subway station (sea world) is right next door. The room is large and there is a kitchen for cooking. It has a very cool sea view from the balcony. I recomend this hotel.

Everything perfect, accommodation, comfort, cleanliness. The hotel staff penny 、Jackson、Tina and winne were very helpful and responsive. Stayed four nights and was cleaned up every day. The subway station is right next door and it's easy to get anywhere. The room is large and there is a kitchen for cooking. It has a sea view from the balcony. I'll consider it next time.

酒店地理位置很好，公共區域環境都很乾凈 房間佈局很好，房間有個大陽台可以看海景～而且服務周到，特別是前台penny非常親切熱情哈哈哈哈 客房部的王阿姨每天打掃衞生都特別細緻 房間內無論大處到小處都弄得很乾凈😆 酒店讓人無比舒心給我營造了一種家的感覺

絕佳的地理位置，海上世界H口下車走路3分鐘就到，到哪裡都很方便，周圍吃的也很多。公寓很寬敞，比訂酒店要划算很多，房間裏一開始有一點點味道，但是開開窗很快就好了。前台服務人員服務周到，不過早餐父母説一般。
