英語が通用し、夜遅く外出したいと言っても引き留められることもない。フロントの対応も迅速で親切。ロケーションも悪くない。湯は出ないがインドなら大した問題ではない。

I was here for my work and this hotel is very near to the railway station so it was the perfect option for me. Also the markets are very nearby. Very helpful and polite staff. Good service. Nice and clean property. I loved the homely atmosphere and ambience of this hotel. Also the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the station which is the biggest benefit. The rooms are comfortable and felt really homely also the food was so yum. Staff helped me in booking cab and also they were very polite and humble. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Worst experience .......not even get a bottle of drinking water after waiting 4 hours and 20+ request. Hygiene is worst than any railway station. false location given as opposite of Railway Station. all staffs are uneducated and liar.

Having researched 6 other hotels, The JK hotel was the only one to commit early breakfast (7:00 am) since our work required for us to leave early. They did not stand on the commitment because apparently only the booking personnel knew about this and executing people were not notified. Service guys go haywire because of this and we got late for our work. Breakfast that arrived 40 mins late and it was chilled poha flooded with oil. Other food experiences were equally bad. They will take 100% advance before check-in so that you don't have scope of early check-out on disappointment. Cleanliness is not on the priority of this ***agement. We had booked single occupancy. None of them had all amenities working properly. There was some or other issue; jet spray leakage, no hanger in washroom, etc. Won't recommend this property at all.

Hotel with excellent staff and service. Staff is so co-oprative. They will assist you in anything you required. The food here is also one of the best. Nice and clean rooms .. though a bit small. But they are well maintained as usual. If require then they can also arrange an extra bed for you.

Spacious luxury and comfortable rooms. Nice ambience, good quality food, Enjoyed the 2 day stay pleasantly with all covid19 measures Located in heart of city. All over its a nice hotel. Recommended to others.
