Iris Resort and Spa

Old property with zero maintenance. Overpriced..not worth 3k per night whereas they are charging double. Full.of insects and mosquitoes. They just put lot of freshner once the freshenrs odour is gone it is terrible. Breakfast was also average.Few items were not fresh. Restaurant service was very poor. For basic milk for baby took 45 min after 3 reminders they sent the milk. Swimming pool is good but do not expect tubes or any guard.In case you are with kids be vigilant. Also I requested milk for baby early morning as we were leaving for Safari but they clearly denied. I met restaurant staff while leaving and again requested as my baby was crying badly but they preferred to ignore.

Great experience. Really amazing trip. Good rooms, delicious food, very spacious and have much greenery. There are ***y things to make trip memorable. Nice place to stay and explore locality. I would really want to visit again in nearby time. I can bet that you wouldn't disappoint.

Chef Deepak's culinary skills in the kitchen at IRIS Corbett are outstanding. The flavors and presentation of each dish exceeded our expectations, making dining a pleasure, Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Excellent and wide spread of food. ***y large lawns, live music and bonfire in evening, courteous staff and accomodating service. Swimming pool and numerous ***go trees makes it a good summer destination too. The sales team too is very active. Can have brighter lighting in cottages.

Our decision to stay at Corbett Wild Iris Resort and Spa during our visit to Jim Corbett National Park turned out to be an adventure from the start. The online booking led us to Ramnagar, followed by a drive through the forest with some rough patches due to ongoing road construction. Crossing a river without a bridge added an unexpected thrill to our journey—an adventure we embraced with enthusiasm. Upon reaching the resort, we found it to be an average place, consistent with the tendency of ***y resorts to overstate their offerings. It is rated as a 4 star resort but I will call it a 3 star resort after rooms are properly renovated. The rooms, in particular, required serious maintenance and upkeep. However, what truly stood out were the staff and the food. The team went above and beyond their duty, displaying remarkable helpfulness that enhanced our overall experience. For those who relish adventure, maintain a rustic outlook, and approach uncertainties with a "take it as it comes" attitude, this resort is a good fit. It might not cater to those seeking luxury or impeccable facilities, but it offers a unique charm for individuals who appreciate the journey as much as the destination. It's a place where the warmth of the staff and the culinary delights overshadow the shortcomings in infrastructure.

Went for a short family vacation during diwali..weather was quite pleasant and the best part we were the only family in the resort so the staff looked after us quite well..spl mention for the amazing food we relished…thanku Paliwal sir…kumaoni chicken + raita & fresh organic veggies were lip smacking…even the support staff were grt..the only issue was the 7km stretch of road upto d resort & the monkey menace..lots of monkey inside d property so u need to b careful with kids around

The Property is really Good. We enjoyed the food and ambiance more. Also the best part is Service which is really appreciable. We had a good time with family friends and enjoyed the Safari as well which is arranged by Hotel. Good Option at the Jim Corbett

Nicely maintained property. Excellent F&B by Chef Paliwal. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. Restaurant has a good ambience. The swimming pool and garden are good. Must improve the network problem.
