« Ce séjour a été une super expérience ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, très pratique pour voyager, et il y a de nombreux plats délicieux et attractions autour. Les équipements sont également très complets, la chambre est propre et bien rangée, la literie est moelleuse et confortable, la salle de bain n'a pas d'odeur et est entièrement équipée. Le service est au-delà des éloges, le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné, réactif à toutes les demandes et vous fait sentir comme chez vous. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité/prix, fortement recommandé ! »

« Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement était idéal pour nous, sur la même ligne de métro que la gare centrale, proche du lac, et entouré de super cantines pour se restaurer le soir. « Nice hostel/hotel. 5th floor is the dorms and common areas / bar, private rooms/suites on upper floors. Room was nice, bed super comfy. Roommates well behaved. Great hot water shower and all sit-down toilets.
Good location!! Near a metro stop and right next to the big Disney-style tourist area. Make sure to visit the wonderful park with a lake just east of the hostel.
Common areas are beautiful and spacious. Feels like a luxury hotel lobby. There's a huge outdoor terrace which would be great in the summer. Note there's almost no electrical plugs in the common areas. Wifi is super fast, 431 down/ 122 up.
One super annoying thing was the key card for the room, it barely worked. So had to spend 30-60 seconds trying to open the door every single time.
Staff didn't really speak English, but still very helpful and extremely professional. They allowed me to check-in early and even upgraded me to a 4-bed dorm, which was appreciated. Enter from the north side of the building, take the elevator to floor 5. »

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

當然，翰苑也是一如既往的讓人信賴，服務細緻到位，房間很大很清爽整潔，還提供了小童洗漱用品，也可以直接看到實驗室，最關鍵，離學校也很近！
一點小小建議:希望酒店能夠調整下淋浴設施，再多個冰箱就更好啦，有很多校友帶着孩子們回來會用上噠！

As a foreigner, I was blown away by the laid back atmosphere and abundance of amenities and activities available. From water sports like boating and jetskiing to numerous campsites and restaurants, this place has it all!
My personal favorite spot was the Shark Bar restaurant - the owners and staff are phenomenal! The vibe and atmosphere are unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance.

IInvitéOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

MM251440****Voyager pendant la fête nationale n'est pas chose facile, mais heureusement, l'hébergement était plutôt bon. La réception de l'hôtel avait réservé une chambre à l'avance et nous l'avait surclassée. La chambre n'était pas très bien, mais elle était propre et bien rangée. Le petit-déjeuner était un bon buffet avec un large choix. Il était également très pratique de se restaurer dans les environs. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très bien. Si vous souhaitez séjourner à Xinjiekou, je recommande tout de même cet hôtel.

La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était une chambre double. Les équipements de la chambre sont comme indiqué sur la photo. L'hygiène est correcte. J'ai une mauvaise impression du service.
1. Je suis arrivé vers 18 heures. Il y avait un garçon et une fille lors de son premier jour à la réception. La fille ne connaissait pas l'entreprise et l'enregistrement a été très lent. Je me suis également trompé dans l'une des chambres. Je lui ai dit ma carte d'identité et mon type de chambre un par un, mais c'était toujours faux. La réception qui connaissait l'entreprise ne m'a pas donné l'enregistrement. voyageaient avec moi. Les enfants étaient très fatigués après avoir joué pendant une journée et voulaient arriver tôt dans la chambre. L'ensemble du processus de repos a duré environ une demi-heure.
2. Lors de l'enregistrement, je me suis renseigné sur la possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel. Dis-moi que c'est 48 yuans par personne. J'ai demandé s'il y avait une réduction et on m'a répondu non. Au total, six chambres ont été réservées et le prix n'était pas bon marché. Les membres d'Atour peuvent prendre leur petit-déjeuner, mais ils n'en ont pas été informés
3. Le lendemain matin, mes compagnons avaient besoin de manger à l'hôtel, j'ai donc de nouveau communiqué avec la réception et j'ai reçu la même réponse que la veille. Plus tard, après diverses consultations et communications, j'ai été autorisé à demander une adhésion. Même si j'ai été autorisé à demander une adhésion Gold dès le début, ils ne m'ont jamais dit que je réglerais les frais selon le plan qu'ils m'avaient donné. au début (qui était plus cher que le prix final de l'adhésion). Je suis toujours comme ça. En fait, ils m'ont menti et m'ont dit que je pouvais devenir membre après avoir longuement communiqué. Je n’entrerai pas dans les détails.
4. Cette fois-ci, pendant mon séjour, le personnel de la réception m'a donné une très mauvaise impression. Ils ne nous ont pas informés des droits dont nous étions censés bénéficier. De plus, j'ai communiqué et consulté à plusieurs reprises, mais ils ne vous l'ont pas dit. Je viens de vous demander d'acheter au prix d'origine. C'est peut-être parce que nous avons tellement de monde.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

GGrace CallejaMy 82 year old mom, sister and myself booked a 2BR suite at this place for 3nights and 4 days. We were in Nanjing for a leisurely vacation from the Philippines. The place is very unassuming. A modest entrance and lobby but the room, beddings, towels, bathrobes, toiletries and even slippers were top-notch!. Loved the scent of their shampoo and body wash. The suite itself and the rooms were very spacious. Even the toilets are spacious! My mom even chided that it was tiring to walk from one room to the other! The rooms and toilets were equipped with automatic curtains and blinds. Although most of the staff could barely speak any English, everyone was very kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet that is packaged with the room stay was also superb! So many choices despite few guests. It was mostly a spread of Chinese dishes but I couldn't ask for more! There is a free laundry room in the building! There is a small convenience store and a Luckin Coffee at the ground floor of the building. It is also very easy to get a taxi just outside the building. Added Bonus: this place is just a few steps away from the famous Librairie Avant-Garde (the IG worthy bookstore). Overall, I love Suning Universal Hotel All-Suites! I highly recommend it to all travelers who plan to visit Nanjing. Attached photo is taken from the ground floor of the hotel.

JJiaxiao-_-Le service est très bon, il y a un bon châtiment de stationnement gratuit, le petit frère de la réception est très patient, je dois changer de chambre et je dois me changer rapidement, la chambre est grande, les conditions de lavage sont très bonnes, l'isolement est très bon, je ne peux pas entendre le bruit de la voiture sur la route.
