必須給差評。我是昨天下午五點多開車到了酒店門口，我走到前台問男前台在哪裡停車，男前台在想怎麼回答我，然後他旁邊的女前台就直接講沒有車位。我就自己在酒店旁邊找了個停車場停，裏面還有幾個空車位。
出停車場的時候我問門衞停車費怎麼收，門衞問我住哪裡，我説住旁邊這酒店，門衞説到前台掃碼就不用收費。
所以這個女前台是什麼意思？不想讓我入住酒店？還是就是不想讓我停車？？沒遇到過這樣的前台，問在哪停車，她答非所問。問在哪停車也不説在哪停就直接來一句沒有車位，這麼敷衍，説這種虛假的話。男前台也是就默認了女前台説的話，我真的笑了。
難道來住這個酒店的客人都是自己找車位停的？還是酒店在培訓前台的時候，就衹要客人問在哪停車就直接來一句沒有車位？還是就衹有我被區別對待了？
沖這一波前台服務，我半顆心都不想給，體驗非常差，我給前台的建議就是重開——別來影響酒店老闆的生意。反正我是絕對不會再來了。

Buena ubicación para visitar Nanning, cerca del centro y de la estación central. El hotel está bastante bien cuidado. Los trabajadores de la recepción no parecían muy amables, y debajo de la cama no se había limpiado en mucho mucho tiempo, había incluso una botella tirada de otro inquilino

Very convenient location close to shops and night market. Has everything you need. However, I really dislike that after I told the hotel not to enter my room or change the towels and they still did that even after confirming they wouldn’t- not only was it environmental unfriendly to change all the towels after one use, but since the room has no cameras I don’t want to risk losing anything - after they entered, the staff even opened the window (with no frame where people can climb in and I can climb to the tenant next door)!!! That’s not acceptable.

Location was excellent as this was clsoe to shops and night market, the bathrooms needed a bit more attention as some parts needed to be cleaner. Service is what you would expect for a 3 star hotel with adequte facilities.

The front desk service was very helpful
When I enquired about how to get to Wuxu Airport.
Offer helps to head nearby electronics repair centre as my iPad was malfunction. Super service and cleanliness is good. Above all, location is just few mins walk to shopping centre.
